Great views from the penthouse of the sea, river and mountains. The spa and BBQ were great. The location was good as it was away from the bustle of Hastings Street, yet near to the amenities of Noosa Junction. just an 8 minute walk to the cinema and a really good IGA with lots of Gourmet foods.

All good. Michael was very helpful at the reception. We had an issue with a non-functioning DVD player which was replaced promptly. Unlike many other places we have stayed at the kitchen was well equipped and served the purposes of cooking meals for our family pf 6. The TV was not able to connect to the internet so no Netflix etc. but to be honnest this was probably a plus not a negative!!

Great view, location close enough to main precinct and be able to walk to it, but far enough away not to be busy and noisy. Clean and very comfortable. Supermarket and bottleshop in reasonable walking distance too. Fabulous sunsets! Good kitchen appliances, so able to cook easily and Bbq area was convenient too.

Could do with more plates, dishes and glasses, otherwise one ends up continually washing the four of each that you have and not using the dishwasher....Having said that, this lack of crockery is pretty standard in most rental apartments anyway! Internet was a little slow and patchy but ok.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you needed. Within easy reach of town and beach. A quiet location with underground parking available. Staff very friendly.

Apartments located on a very steep hill. Our apartment No.1 had glass tables. On the first day I hurt my leg on the corner of the dining room table causing a massive bruise on my thigh :( I would suggest either more friendly tables or covering the corners which are eye level for young children.

We had such a great time at Bali Hai. Our room was huge, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the staff were lovely. We had a great time using the pool and relaxing on the deck chairs. The location was perfect with the stairs leading down to Hastings street and Noosa Junction a very short walk in the other direction. I definitely hope to return to Bali Hai in the future.

The view!! Roof top area was amazing!! Big, roomy apartment with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the views. Great kitchen with everything we needed to do xmas dinner for 8 (my parents, who.live in Noosa, were so impressed having xmas dinner with us on the rooftop). Fabulous spa to relax in. Bed in main bedroom was super comfy, the kids enjoyed theirs too. Pool looked great buy we never left our spa, lol! Air-conditioning and fans were great. Balcony off each of the other bedrooms too. Excellent value for what you get and where it is located.

The stairs with no lift! Lots of trips up 8 flights of stairs from the car. Not for those with knee or fitness issues. The walk down to the beach and back is steep, but we knew this as we are from Noosa and walked this hill many times in our youth...bit slower in our 50s lol! Great holiday!

Nice location, short walk to Hastings St, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hot tub was great. View was amazing.

Needs a coffee machine. These are pretty much expected now in luxury accommodation and only cost around $70. The rooftop hot tub area was very sparse and not very appealing compared with the one next door. Needs some greenery, real or fake plants would be fine. The hill and stairs are tiring so be warned. Despite this we'd definitely stay again - would just ask for the apartment with the nicer rooftop area!

View was to die for, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great and our rooftop was incredible with bbq, seating area and spa. We’ll stay again!

Multiple flights of stairs up a steep driveway after a big uphill walk back from Hastings st was tough, so a lift would be amazing. But the hills are what you get for an amazing view so it was worth it for us.

Amazing view from top floor as well as the main living area. Spacious apartment and covered parking. Great kitchen facilities & plenty of detergent supplied for dishwasher which was great. We even had a trio of rainbow lorikeets come & hang out with us on the balcony each day which the kids loved.

I actually enjoyed the stairs and hills for exercise but could see how this might not suit everyone, especially those less mobile as there is no lift & access is only by stairs. Toilet roll holder in main bathroom kept falling off but that's minor.

We have stayed in this property before with friends and were so impressed we came back and will do again. The location is perfect, the room is clean and comfortable and the manager is contactable whenever you need him. We had a balcony with a view and it was perfect. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

There was nothing I would complain about this property. Probably the only very minor negative (if we were forced to find a negative) is that it is not brand new and ultra modern, something that doesn't matter to us at all.

The views from the private rooftop were fantastic and the apartment overall was much nicer than we were expecting.

It was really hard not having an elevator, not only because of heavy suitcases but because there are so many hills everywhere you're exhausted by the time you get back to the hotel and then you have to climb another 3 flights of stairs. It also means that it's not ideal for anyone with problems with mobility.
