Being on the 3rd floor and having to carry things up 5 flights of stairs. Be sure to read the details of the booking around facility features. This will show 'No Lift' is available. I missed it.

The view from our apartment was worth the price alone. Clean, relatively modern apartment that ticked 99% of the boxes. Great heated pool, lovely jetties and bbq area, lots of pool seating and well maintained gardens.

Wifi didn't work (used the neighbours login but still clunky and dropped out a lot). No basics in the pantry such as foil, plastic wrap, kitchen towel, nor were there any cleaners - a bottle of spray and wipe would help (and just leave a tiny bit in the bottle if you are worried about it getting pinched)

Great location 15 minutes walk from Noosa Heads Main Beach. Very comfortable, sunny rooms and a lovely pool with views out on to Noosa river. Amazing sunsets every night from the public BBQ area right on the river. Our sunset cruise was able to pick us up from directly from the accommodation's private dock. Next door is Ricky's restaurant and local cafe/bakery. Also very handy to public transport options - right next door to the Noosa Ferry dock at Ricky's and local bus stops.

Absolutely brilliant location - halfway between Noosa and Noosaville. View of the river was gorgeous - we could’ve spent our entire time watching the world pass by from our balcony. Large, clean, light and spacious apartments. My mum loved being able to walk out of her apartment and into the pool each morning. (Kerrie very kindly arranged a ground floor apartment for my parents as my 82 year old dad is not too steady on his legs). The other families staying there were very friendly too - we had a bbq dinner down by the river one night with our .’neighbours’.

Noosa Shores was truly fabulous, however it would’ve been helpful to have pool towels provided in each apartment so we didn’t have to use our ‘bathroom’ towels. Also it was initially a bit tricky to get the television to work.however Ian was very helpful and got our tv working for us.

The views were lovely over the Noosa River and the location was perfect for our needs. although the property is a little dated it was very clean and the bed were comfy and the linen nice to sleep in. The pool was delightful and there is also a very well maintained BBQ area.

The access to the pool is through the garage and past the bins which is a bit ordinary. A door could easily be installed in the stairwell out to the garden area and that would be so much nicer. Our unit is not accessible for anyone who struggles with stairs. We were very glad we didn't have to walk up to a higher floor.

Open plan living dine,doors open up wide to the grass outside area,nice pool. Beautiful views of the lake,nice bbq area to sit and over look the lake. Kitchen was equipped with everything.

The bathroom was not clean enough for me,felt a bit dirty. There was old soap all over the soap holder in shower and also the tiles in shower did not look clean,there was purple conditioner and mold over the tiles n shower.And didn’t smell like it had been cleaned. The curtains in the main bedroom looked like they needed a wash. Balcony off main bedroom needed a sweep before guests arrive,there was a lot of mess of leaves and dust out there.

The apartment was beautiful all the things you needed. Location was close to everything. Loved the wharf that has the ferry to take you to and from Hastings St. The little blocks of shops and restaurants next door is a great advantage to have at your accommodation. BBQ and Pool area clean and welcoming.

The only negative is the lack of lifts for a 3 level building. Anyone who has any issues with knees, walking etc need to make sure they ask for a ground floor apartment when they book

Direct access to the river, and river views. Cleanliness, double glazed windows in our apartment, well maintained property and friendly staff. Close to General store, cafe and restaurant. Large heated pool.

I did think a hot tub by the pool would make a great addition for those winter stays. Stair well to the apartments were quite loud. Could hear everyone coming and going. Although nothing that was late or bothered us or our sleep. Just an observation and a reminder to my kids to also be respectful while leaving.

The apartment was stunning. As we entered we were so impressed. Five star all the way.

As it was a humid and very hot night on arrival were disappointed that the bedrooms were not air conditioned. The air conditioning in the lounge room does not reach the bedrooms. Our dishwasher did not work, and due to this, we had a terrible odour. The maintenance man was unable to repair it, so we had no dishwasher for 5 nights. A holiday is about not having to wash up. Especially at $500 per night. Three light globes were not working also, so lighting was bad. We did report it but not address it.

Paid a bit extra for a fully renovated room. Excellent space and well finished. Place is a 10 min walk from Main beach and Hastings Street. Pool and BBQ facilities are very good.

Minor observations to enhance the experience, but we have a 4 night stay. Additional detergents and washing up liquids are recommended. If you want guests to clean give them the basics. Inclusion of beach towels would be reasonable at the price.
