We stayed in a two storey, two bedroom townhouse which is very spacious with 3 toilets & 2 bathrooms. We also love the garden view

The water flow from the shower is very poor. I was about to give a 10 rating but will give it a 9 instead

Nice and big apartment and good on site facilities including pools, sauna and tennis court.

A bit of a strong smell of cleaning products - so bad it gives you a headache. Location is okay, lucky for us free buses in school holidays but if not would become expensive travelling into Noosa/Noosaville unless you had a car

The two bed townhouse was well laid out and spacious. The pools were nice and relaxing and never too busy. Though it’s a little out of town, there are bus stops in each direction right outside the complex. Plenty of buses but you need to get a pass and top it up in advance. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants but it’s a good 20- 30 mins. The bed was super comfy, there was plenty of storage for our belongings and easy to borrow books & Dvds.

In our accommodation, there were only large frying pans (about 5 of them), sometimes we only needed a little one. Did not cause a major problem though. We were not impressed with PKs restaurant on site. It’s only open Thurs to Sun and we tried to get in on Thurs and Sunday and they had a group booking on both occasions so were not cooking for anyone else, despite there being free tables.

We loved the main heated pool and, despite the heat, even used the spa! The outlook from our little balcony was beautiful with the water lilies in full flower and the lizards playing on the rocks. The room was very well equipped and we were thrilled that there was a freezer so we could enjoy cold treats.

The bed was not the most comfortable. It was 2 king singles pushed together and there was a noticeable bump where the beds joined. A suggestion would be to invest in a king sized mattress topper to make it a bit more comfy.

Otherwise the apartment itself was excellent.The kitchen bench top needs renewing.

The front stone cement ramp is "dangerous." The width angle of the ramp has to be horizontal all the way down. We had difficulty going up and particularly going down to make sure that we did not twist our ankles as there is no where to hold on.

We loved that everything we needed was all within the resort. Our unit was comfortable, spacious and totally suited our needs. The staff were welcoming and friendly, we had an amazing time.

If we had to pick something it would be that there was no aircon in the bedroom which we didn’t realise in advance. It was certainly not a dealbreaker for us we just had to make sure the lounge room aircon fan was on high so the cool air could travel to the bedroom. Most of the time this is no issue except for on particularly hot summer nights.

Internet bandwidth insufficient at times (esp late afternoon/early evening) and poor Telstra mobile data access. Dishwasher tablets/dishwashing liquid should have been available (to buy) at Reception. Only 2 days' worth were provided. Only 3 spaces on the 'comfortable' furniture for 4 people.

The staff were exceptional. Staff from reception to maintenance were great. However, restaurant staff were 100/10, always smiling, welcoming, and polite. Definitely no complaints about the restaurant food. Our function catered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over 5 days. There was plenty of time to get it wrong, but everything, every day, was terrific. The gardens are clearly maintained by someone with pride in their work. Beautiful.

It appears units are privately owned, and our unit really needed an upgrade. Stepping over a bath into a shower without safety handles was tricky. The clothes dryer didn't work.

The facilities available to keep my kids amused. It felt safe, comfortable and relaxing. Great for those not wanting to pay the crazy Noosa prices but still close enough to the action.

Our townhouse was a little dated but the price reflected that. Would have been good to have more than 4 dinner plates, and glasses and a decent knife to prepare food.

The location was great, the set up of the unit, it was quiet for such a busy weekend. Really enjoyed it. The outside courtyard was gorgeous and well kept. The kitchen set up is lovely, the gardens are well maintained.

The bed in the main bedroom really needs to be replaced, its quite uncomfortable, in saying that though the couch downstairs was great to sleep on. Really needed bathroom mats, I slipped getting out of the Shower/bath in the main room Biggest complaint though is the toilet paper is absolutely horrible. For what you are paying for 1 nights stay, there should be better than a 1ply toilet paper.
