Owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Our little boy had been car sick on our 8 hour drive and they offered to tumble dry the car seat covers for us after we had scrubbed them down which was hugely appreciated! They were also very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and just generally really lovely people. The room was cool, clean and comfortable and we didn't find it too loud at night.

Location was handy, and we were able to park our car right in front of the door to our room. For a one night stay this motel was perfect for our needs.

The receptionist was lovely, but knew nothing about the local area when we asked about a walking track. Turns out we found the lovely Adungadoo Pathway by chance which was close by to the motel, and very close to the famous Bottle Tree. There's a great information centre near the Big Rig attraction as well.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was of a high standard of cleanliness. The location of the hotel is fantastic close to everything woolies, chemist, pubs etc.

Everything was ok, can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

The room was ideal for passing through. The spa was great, the bed was cozy, thankfully warm on a cold June evening. Seamless key collection, no floor covering socks mandatory!

I loved the comfort of the beds and blankets, loved having a real big fluffy towel that wraps around a adult and was a good size room, I like theu have after hours safe for access to room keys if your running late and very accommodating to work with you :)

My cousin wanted to stay close to the railway station. It was perfect. We stayed for two nights. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Also, close to a couple of eating places. The staff/owner were lovely and friendly. It was what we wanted. Breakfast was yum.

Small bathroom, no hairdryer.

Location excellent- in town - 2 minute walk to pub for good dinner. Quiet room. Had everything we needed. Bowls, plates, cutlery. Comfortable bed. Full length mirror. Table and chairs to sit at.

My husband ran out of hot water in shower unfortunately. Not sure why. He wasn’t in very long. I had a shower the night before without a problem. Nice shower recess.

The staff are so lovely, we felt so welcomed at 22 On Bowen. That could teach more expensive hotels a thing or two about customer service. The room was so clean, the beds super comfortable. The shower was so hot and perfect pressure. The location is central and close to Woollies. Highly recommend

Everything except perhaps the noise of the fridge and the fan as well as the early start of workers but people have to do what they hsve to do. Our room was upgraded including a great spa without us asking which was great.
