The staff here went beyond exceptional for me. My car had broken down and I was a bit of a mess due to a few things and the reception I received and help I received from them felt like they considered every guest as part of their extended family. I was overwhelmed by their care and consideration. And the rooms are wonderfully clean and shower just fantastic. Very happy indeed.

I had the room furtherest from the highway, so it was a little quieter for me. I arrived earlier than expected, but the staff were all good with that. They were very accommodating towards my Assistance Dog. Thank you

The manager met me in the car park and handed me the keys to my room. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was already on and the room was chilled for a very hot day. This was great after a big day of driving. Towels and bed linen was of really good quality and clean. Free and very fast WiFi Internet . No hassles, easy to book, close to the commonwealth pub which is excellent. Enough car parking for a 4x4 with camper trailer and great customer service. Will stay again and Highly recommend.

TV reception was poor with only a couple of free to air channels working but I wasn't there to watch TV.

The room was of good size, it was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable for my liking. Good location on the main road. The lady whom I spoke to (on phone) was friendly. Parking available on site.

The only issue was to find that the office was already closed upon arrival, despite arriving there before closing time. Might need to mention it on website, perhaps

This was my second time staying at Bryants Motel and it once again did not disappoint! Nigel was absolutely awesome and super helpful - always going above and beyond. The location was great and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was spacious & had a small kitchen, the bathroom was a terrific size

Not enough outdoor seating so people were sitting infront of our room & made it hard to put my daughter to sleep.

Nigel was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to assist us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, it was comfortable away from the road.

Parking was a bit squeezy as they were fully booked

Very helpful manager directed us to Woolies so we could get necessary provisions as we have food allergies. Found everything we needed, he was most obliging, lovely restful stay.

Parking on the property was a bit crowded, not adjacent to the room. A bit inconvenient when moving luggage to the room.

3-bedroom family unit was very spacious and well equipped with large full-size kitchen, including dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, stove etc. There were good quality new AC/Heating units in each room so apartment was warm in winter (not the case with many of our other recent stays elsewhere).

There was a light right outside the bedroom window. I understand that they need these lights on all night but it would have been a little better if it could have been moved a long a bit so it was located at the front door instead of the bedroom window. The place was very dated and had a couple of broken tiles in the bathroom.
