Adina Apartment Hotel Adelaide Treasury

Lovely property with a cute courtyard to enjor a bite or drink. The apartment was spacious with a great kitchen with everything you need to self cater. Bed was comfy, as was the couch. While the bathroom was large, I'm not a fan of a shower over the bathtub, but the water pressure was great. My room was quiet, and I love the location.

Great location, parking easy, good for Chinatown, Central Market and Rundle Mall. On the route for. The free tram within the CBD. Huge grooms and great to have our own washing machine and dryer. Excellent reception staff, very helpful and friendly.

For some rooms overlooking the courtyard the activity in the bar can be noisy.

We loved the indoor lap pool and the historic vibe. The courtyard is a truly splendid oasis. We got the budget apartment option and it was on the small side but was comfortable and had all we needed so it suited us. It overlooked King William St but wasn't noisy. The location is fabulous- there is such easy access to North Terrace, East End, Central Markets, even Adelaide Oval by foot, public transport or e- scooter!

The room key never opened the main door to the hotel after hours - we had to buzz the concierge each time! But the staff here, from the cleaners to the concierge, were all lovely.

Everything. From the ease of registration and friendly staff. Easy shirt walking distance to undercover parking. The room we had was spacious clean and comfortable. Despite overlooking the main thoroughfare outside our apartment, there was no obtrusive road traffic noise. The kitchen was equipped well. The bathroom included a bath. Great to have a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs didn't disappoint. We had some lovely meals there. A bar for beer, wine, spirits and cocktails was hand and convenient. Inside the apartment complex is a beautiful courtyard with fountain. A great place to sit, have a beverage or a meal. Enjoy the ambience of the garden and surrounds. A hidden oasis. There are many people who walk past this gem without knowing it's there. The location is close to shopping, great restaurants, transport, entertainment and leisure venues.

Beautiful historic building and only 10min walk to Convention centre, river, oval, restaurants etc. The restaurant attached is lovely and the courtyard is an inner haven for a quiet and relaxing drink. The room size was very generous and we were in a quiet part of the hotel (as requested). I would request an interior courtyard room as there was not a lot of natural light on the back side of the hotel. Thank you to AJ the porter who showed us into the state room and basement tunnels in the evening of our final night. great to have laundry facilities in room (and in the hotel).

Jacuzzi isn't very well heated. Rooms are ready for an update (especially the bathrooms).

The premium suite was a large and generously proportioned space with high ceilings in the living room and a good-sized bedroom down a couple of steps. The large windows overlooked the charming Paul Kelly Lane. We appreciated the quietness of the room, the comfort, the kitchen and the washing machine and dryer. Two of us were there for 5 nights and our adult child stayed for three nights o. A roll up bed in the living room. It was spacious enough. The staff were always helpful and responsive.

I can’t think of anything. While I’ve no complaints I would say the carpet will need updating in the not too distant future. On the night we would have used room service, it finished by 9 pm.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city, well right in the heart of the big town that Addle Aid is. The apartments at clean and relatively well layer out for a short stay venue. We extended our stay and changed rooms, and the 2nd apartment was even better. There are reasonable cooking facilities in the rooms, fridge etc if you are so inclined, but with so many restaurants within a short walk it hardly seems worthwhile.

As usual in short stay, the non-stick frypan looked like it had been on the Challenger Space Shuttle and was recovered 4 months later.

It’s a beautiful historic but clean building in the city close to public transport, the Adelaide Oval, restaurants and access via public transport to the beach. The staff went above and beyond organising changes to the menu for my dietary requirements, putting my ice packs in their deep freezer and bringing them up each night, storing my bags on checkout and helping look up buses. You can easily get to Glenelg, Henley Beach, Stirling, Hahndorf, the City and North Adelaide without a car from this property. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This beautifully furnished apartment has a super location, bang in the center of the town. The building itself is a heritage building which was the previous treasury. All amenities provided as mentioned and in the best condition. Staff was welcoming and very nice and always helpful and honest. On departure, my husband forgot his bag which had his passport and money and all credit cards. They kept the bag for us till we went back to collect it. It was serviced every single day All touristy places and even the Central market within walking distance. It was nicely air conditioned and the room air was very fresh.

Everything was perfect

The restaurant had the most amazing food! We had dinner both nights we stayed and on the second evening we got room service and had meals in our apartment. It was really lovely, and the meals were absolutely delicious. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Adelaide. The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous architecture, high ceilings, the apartment was spacious and it felt luxurious to have everything and more than we needed. The kitchen had a full stove and oven, dishwasher, a large fridge and everything you would need to cook and have breakfast. There was plenty of space to sit and watch TV if you so choose, the desk was fantastic as we came for business and had to work on our laptops. a separate table to have meals, large wardrobes in the bedroom and washer and dryer in the bathroom with a shower over bath. It was clean, tidy, spacious and beautiful. We loved our stay.
