The concierge went above and beyond. He is a huge asset for your hotel. Friendly ,courteous and accomodating! The pool was excellent as it was heated and the gym was not a token effort but was well equipped. I would not hesitate to stay here again just for the fitness facilities.

The doona was way too thick for those that like a cool sleep (health benefits!) even with the windows open and the air conditioning at its coolest (the window was opened after the air conditioner could not cool the room enough).

The location is perfect. Just in front is the tram station with free rides around city vicinity. Around the corner is free connector bus. The tram takes you straight to Glenelg or from Botanic Gardens. The rooms are clean and the 2 double beds are spacious for 2 pax and a very good sleep. Breakfast is wholesome although it would be nice to change the menu some days since I stayed a week. Alternatively Central Market is a walk around the corner to good meats, bakes and coffee.

It would be nice to change breakfast menu sometimes.

Wow what can I say. This place is exceptional from the room to the breakfast. The check in staff was great. Thomas was by far the best. He was helpful and could have a laugh with him. The room was massive and extremely clean. One of the cleaners left us a little note on our pillow saying for us to have a lovely stay( her name was Tanjila) That made our day wonderful. Breakfast was a vast array of food, from pastries to fruit. Hot food as well. If I had a bigger stomach I would have tried everything as it looked lovely. Our stay was a pleasure and will be back again in the future. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Next doors shower as we heard it when they had it at 6am.

The Victoria Square location was excellent, close to Central Markets, China Town and the Tram station. The restaurant food quality was very good and room service was quick. We arrived early (midday) to check-in or drop our bags but our room was ready and we were grateful for the early check-in. We thought the staff were great and tendered to all our needs.

The executive lounge was closed for the first 2 days of our stay, to upgrade the lounge, which was surprising but we received vouchers for the main ground floor bar for drinks and snacks which was good. However I think this situation should have been communicated to us when booking. Also a light blanket in the room would have been good.

The service we received was the best we have ever received and nothing was ever too hard. Even today at buffet breakfast (didn’t stay long as it was too busy for our autistic son) I was looking for a toilet quick for our son and a guy noticed and was able to help up. When our TV didn’t work and we lost our movie deal they helped and sent someone straight away. It was just the best. The toiletries and bathroom pumps were amazing such beautiful products too.

It was a busier than usual but that’s not your fault I’m happy for your business after everything.

Overall, the lobby and other activities were designed spectacular and although with flaws here and there and that really did not make a big difference in our stay as the service was over the top and the cozy and comfortable rooms were really well.

The breakfast was a little unappetising and although the fancy hall really did try making up for it, the unappetising and monotonous food had continuously gotten over us.

Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean, housekeeping was most obliging and the location excellent. Your concierge staff - Braydon/Brandon was very helpful.

If you could look into two things: 1. I was horrified to discover a used tomato ketchup container at breakfast. Some inconsiderate guest might have taken some sauce, replaced the lid and put it back amongst the pile. Sporadic checks by your staff would prevent such an incident. 2. The addition of a bench in the shower for the elderly/those using a wheelchair would make showering a safer experience

We liked the pool and the buffet breakfast.

The fact that there is a tray charge for room service, and that the pool is not heated, the aircon did not work, and the front desk and concierge never answered the phone calls made from the room.

The whole stay went well and the hotel was a very welcome defense gainst the heatwave that Adelaide was experiencing at that time. We had chosen the location so as to be close to the market and Chinatown. The market did indeed exceed our expectations and the range of fruits and produce was wonderful. Sorry, Hilton, we didn't find a need for much hotel food when faced with such bounty.

The only thing that could have been improved was for room staff to have kept a closer eye on the supply of tea bags, but a word was all that was necessary for a new supply to become swiftly available.

I was next to a 'private' room which was a little noisy late on Friday night but there wasn't any other noise at other times. The location for trams, food and shopping was amazing. The staff were polite and efficient. I found the bed super comfy and the room was a good size. The bathroom was small but fine for a single. The lifts were very speedy I never had to wait more than a few moments. I didn't eat the breakfast as the Central Market is right next door and I love having breakfast there. I would like to see a piece of artwork on the wall, the decoration was very minimal and Adelaide is such a creative state.
