location and room were comfortable and convenient

explanation of carpark could have been better. i asked a few days before check in where to park and was advised to park across the road in the paid carpark. however i was not told until check in that to get the $28 for 24 hours I needed a pass from reception. The carpark only ended up costing $32 for the 24 hours however it would have been nice to advise this when I asked, as the location of the hotel / carpark means we would not have gone to the hotel before finding a park.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. Very spacious and the best we have stayed at in Adelaide. We have stayed at many different hotels in Adelaide and recommend spending that little bit extra to get 4 star accommodation 🥰

I didn’t like the carpark being around the corner but that being the only fault I can think of. Don’t get me wrong the distance to the carpark is okay but may be difficult for the elderly. Breakfast wasn’t included and would be great if it was an option.

It should be advertised clearer through booking.com that you require a $200 deposit upon checkin and that you can not pay cash for the reservation, this caused my daughter much distress and confusion trying to frantically get hold of me while at work nursing on a psych ward without my personal phone on me to transfer money onto her card because you wouldn't take her cash, I gave her for it. disappointing since it was her 18th birthday with 3 friends and caused her much embarrassment. Quite overpriced at $420 per night when the location isn't near the heart of the action but my daughter loved the balcony view & comfy bed.

Across tram stops, and just found out that it within free tram zone when we were there Kitchen in the unit, perfect accomodations for small family Accomodations car park is not within the same building but building across the road (add-on)

there are 2 split systems in the unit, one in the main room, and one in living room, interestingly second room doesn't have one, so we kept the door open for air circulation otherwise its a bit stuffy

As I was participating in the Christmas Pageant, the location close to the pageant start was excellent to setup a spot for our grandchildren. Also, the reserved car parking was close and convenient.

The occasional smells coming through the bathroom drains. Regarding a return booking for next year’s pageant, the rate has gone up by $195 per night for a one-bedroom apartment!

The studio room was equipped with everything I needed for my trip. My stay was with a group from 7-11 June and there was a daily room clean service, which was great too. Location was great, tram stop on the door step, with coffee, dinner and IGA close by.

Probably the tv needing an upgrade. Would have been nice to cast You Tube to it, so we could watch the roller derby games we just played.

It was a great apartment, comfortable and in a great location. We liked that the free tram was just outside the door do we could get to places easily. There was a little supermarket around the corner and a great little cafe’Hello Stranger’ that had good coffee and food.

A coffee maker would be nice

Staff were really friendly and informative. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location close to the centre of town.

The only thing that disappointed us was the poor wifi, and no Netflix or Stan on the TV as it was already signed in and we kept getting a message saying we had to match the current password but staff hadn’t been informed of the password.

The location was very good, tram stop right out the front. Full size fridge. was quiet and good value for money.

The bed was two singles pushed together, not the most comfortable. The air conditioner really was not very effective. You had to step inside the bath to have shower, did not feel very safe getting in or out.

Central location close to tram stop. Fully contained kitchen and helpful staff.

A small thing but the one bedroom units come in different styles. One has a bedroom with a glass wall to lounge that has blinds, the other has a completely separate room with windows to outside. If you have preference it could be worth checking.
