The hotel has a very grand entry which really says something when you have a prime location that’s a lot of $ per square meter you know it’s going to be impressive so I’m checking in and I see a wedding party cars getting handed to the valet I feel like I’m in a movie so I said you know what I think tonight Michael I’m going to be Johnny deep as George young in the movie blow at least in my mind I was in character 😂 it was a busy day with the river view not possible and I was upgraded to a suite ! Omg the size of the suite was unreal there two big television sets and a guest bathroom near the entertainment area hey siri cancel my evening plans I’m good right here snacks and a mini mar a good selection of teas to sip and watch some Netflix then wow I slept like a baby it was an outstanding mattress once I’d checked out and had a sip of my morning coffee I was overwhelmed by a sense of gratitude for that experience this was a genuine example of world class hospitality right here in Adelaide

I couldn’t say I disliked anything during my stay it was great from entry to exit and I’ve just got to come back one weekend soon thanks 🙏🏼

Really loved the location, the room was fantastic and the shower was incredible. We have never experienced such amazing pressure and precision with a shower. The bathroom was beautiful and was accompanied by robes and slippers. Upon check in, we were advised that we were being upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The 21st floor had an amazing view of the city with the beauty of the night lights streaming through the widow. Can't wait to stay again.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it wasn't as soft as what we are used to. The area set out for meals was a little noisy and crowded. During breakfast, it seemed that some people are unaware of personal space, and encroached on my space while hugging another person. I couldn't lean back or move my chair backwards to get up from the table. So much for social distancing.

Friendly and efficient staff; great location in the heart of Adelaide; swimming pool was excellent- with pool towels provided. The air con in the room worked well - it was a very hot week in Adelaide. The bathroom facilities were excellent as were the housekeeping staff who helped us with our room during our stay.

The room was a little tired - although bed, pillows Very comfortable. The bar fridge was a disappointment- with only rom for the hotel mini bar - no room for any other items.

The location for us when visiting Adelaide was awesome. We were able to park our car in a convenient location at the nearby Convention Centre which was left there for the duration of our stay as everything in the city centre was so accessible. Even though breakfast was included we only ate breakfast one morning in the restaurant and it was a good selection of hot and cold food with friendly staff. The room was large and we loved the water pressure in the shower.

We were on the 21st floor and on a few of the nights the music nearby was extremely loud... it was quite surprising.

We were on the top floor and found the city view lovely. Everything in the room was to our liking. The pillows were so comfy along with the king size bed. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade with our room. After getting back from the footy, we sat down stairs and had drinks and listened to the guy singing and playing the guitar. That just topped off our night. He was great.

Sheer curtains had a large hole in them. Would be nice to have music playing in the room. The top of the vanity in the bathroom looked to have water marks from previous stay. Not cleaned properly.

Well..loved the first room we got and even when we went back ..the room.. the room service..was excellent..but what brought us back was the food..quite the most delicious food I have ever eaten in a hotel! And the presentation of same was a delight..thank you!

Perhaps more sunbeds around the pool area..but we didn't wait long to get one!..and there was no holding of them with towels..which I appreciated!

Location was very convenient. ( Next to train station and opposite tram stop ). Building it self is old, however room is spacious and modern. Bathroom is modern . Bed is comfortable!!! Very good breakfast. spread is great, and staff at the breakfast room is very helpful.

Staff at the reception very stiff!! Can extend a welcome greetings to the guests. First impression to the hotel matters a lot !!

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Adelaide. The staffs were so polite and helpful and arrange me a wonderful room with beautiful river and stadium view. Though I just reserved the room in the morning I arrived, the staff can arranged me early check in by 12pm! The room is spacious with a window view working place...very lovely sleep..it also got a outdoor pool with warm water and a big fitness room...I am planning to organize an international event in this hotel with guest accommodation. The staff all went above and beyond they have an amazing team from the valet, concierge, front desk and the breakfast staff they were amazing. The location is also excellent as we were travelling for a conference at the convention centre. We had an issue with our first room and were quickly moved and upgraded.

The rooms were a tiny bit run down but very clean and comfortable.

All the staff I met were courteous, very professional and very helpful. The breakfasts I had were good although the hotel could have bigger cups and better quality tea bags. My room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything one would expect for the price. I also had a nice view. I have stayed there before and most certainly will again when I return to Adelaide.
