Overall the acoomodation is pretty good, everything you would need for a couple of nights in the city.

We did have a false fire alarm and the spa bath didn't work.

Loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Has everything you would need for a stay longer than a week. Location is great and that there were 3 elevators so you didn't have to wait too long to get to your floor. Security was good too. Liked that there was a Coffee Club downstairs which had seating outside as well as inside, beautiful on a summers day. Trams and train not far away. Balcony on the apartment was nice, has seating for 2. The bed was great and the linen was comfy too.

Could have used more towels as I stayed 5 nights. Hygiene products could have been a little more upmarket. There was a power point behind the bed where the lights were plugged into. One of the plugs protruded out against the bed thus the movement of the bed caused the power point to break through the gyprock which meant that the power point was difficult and potentially dangerous to use. I needed to use the point as I use a CPAP machine while sleeping and the power source needs to be near the head of the bed. This was brought to the attention of the concierge who took photos and was going to raise this with maintenance.

Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites boasts a fantastic location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. The price was reasonable, offering good value for the quality of the accommodation. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay.

The WiFi signal in the room was weak, which made it challenging to stay connected. Additionally, the fridge in the room did not seem to work well, limiting my ability to store perishable items and beverages.

The suites are as expected with everything you need for a long weekend stay. The kitchen facilities are good with utensils, crockery and cooking equipment all there to help eat-in if you choose. The supermarkets are located in the Rundle Mall a short 5–10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurant options located one street back from North Terrace.

The only thing I could fault about the room was that the TV had no internet connection and so couldn't log into any streaming services using your own personal log in.

Location was great, directly opposite the railway station and the hospital. Within walking distance to Hindley St and to Rundle Mall. Close to galleries and events. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. Parking was ideal as they had a deal with the CarePark next door, which brought the price of parking down to $25 a night similar to their onsite parking.

The bed was comfortable but the pillow and the bedding could have been nicer. Partner and I both woke up with sore necks most mornings because of the pillow and the sheets themselves weren't that thick.

I was happy with the room. Very comfortable and clean. I didn't spend much time there nor did I use the kitchen facilities but from what I can tell it was excellent.

I requested an early check-in. I called twice in the lead-up to my stay. I was advised that the hotel was fully booked and that they would do their best to make sure the room was ready as early as possible and to call on the day. I called on the day and was told no attempt could be made to have the room ready before 2 p.m. The phone operator did not make any attempt to try and have my room cleaned first nor offer an apology. I had arrived on an early plane and was required to sleep and shower before an event and no compromise was available. Their attitude and lack of compassion were disappointing. I fully understand the hotel was booked, however, some compromise of cleaning my allocated room earlier would have been helpful.

Convenient location, easy to get in and out of the city, easy to walk and catch public transport. Staff were great had and our room everything we needed.

Location was a little rough but I felt safe in the hotel. Carparking was really hard. My car is too big for the hotel carpark so I parked in the carpark next door but the ticketing machines were broken and kept getting stuck and having to call someone and reeked of urine and had kids fighting in the carpark at night. We could see from our balcony. Beds could be a little comfier

The apartment and it's amenities are kept clean and tidy and easy to use such as the stove and oven. The apartment was lovely and spacious enough which suited our needs perfectly for the two of us. We also enjoyed spending time in the pool which had the added effect of being indoors and well ventilated. I particularly enjoyed the sauna. The gym is top notch.

The one thing that would have made our stay 10/10 would be if the hotel had an the updated casting option on the TV's as a lot of hotels have adapted to. Not to say we couldn't watch the normal channels but it was very limited and frustrating not being able to pull up Netflix when my niece and I wanted to rest and relax in the apartment.

Great apartment, location and friendly and helpful staff. The kids liked the pool and gym. Overall a great stay 😊

An apartment ought to have a frying pan and eggflip but not Room 512. Also TVs were newly installed & only free to air tv available (& no dvd player). We were there with kids who brought dvds.
