The location is ideal on one side of Rundle Mall and is quiet at night as pubs and restaurants are on the other side of Rundle Mall. 8 minute walk from the Adelaide Convention Centre and railway station - Adelaide CBD is small and easily walkable anyway. The room was very spacious with queen bed, dining table, couch, TV/TV stand and a study desk, and the kitchen had plates, cutlery, tea cups, glasses, stove (which I didn't use), kettle, microwave and fridge. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The room I stayed in had an air conditioning unit beside the bed. Lots of wardrobe space. Bathroom was clean and reasonably sided. Washing machine and dryer available on upper floor, but require four $1 coins to operate each. There is a Mr Suds laundromat about 3 minutes walk away if you have larger loads or don't have coins.

I was in town for two conferences, Mansions was an ideal location to access the conference centre and all that central Adelaide offers in very easy walking distance. Shops, cafes, eateries and attractions were all really close by. The apartment was spacious, well kitted, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a longer stay. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.
My stay was in winter, so I expected it to be colder but the AC/heating unit was pretty much useless, it made a lot of noise, was behind curtains in a bay window and did not actually heat the apartment. I had to wear a down jacket in the evenings, not ideal. Fix this and the place is just great.

The location is excellent - esp. if you have business at University of Adelaide or South Australia Uni. Everything is nearby, walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a bit old but clean and shower had hot water and good pressure. Full and well-equipped kitchen.
My only complaint is that the internet service was spotty to non-existent. Maybe it was my room location but I had a lot of trouble consistently connecting. I had options at the uni so I didn't pursue it while I was there, although I'm sure they would have tried to help because they were very helpful all around. This is an older property but it has everything one needs as a place to work and sleep and cook as needed.

Spacious & exceptionally clean & comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for a few days in the city, it certainly helped cut down the food expenses as Woolies & Coles are both only 5mins away. An extra blanket made all the difference as it was cooler while I was there. All the furniture was so comfortable & glass tops on the table tops took away the fear of an accidental scratch or mark. It is such a great location within the city, so close to bus & tram stops but also within walking distance of so many attractions, venues, shops & eateries. I loved the level of security provided with key fob requirements for entering the building, as a solo lady traveller that was an important aspect. The staff were so friendly & accommodating, Kevin made sure I had clear instructions for my late check-in & provided all the numbers should I run into difficulties. Without doubt I would stay there again.
It was a little cold in the bedroom & with only single pane windows some of the outside traffic noise was very audible (mostly in the earlier hours of the morning).

the apartment was very clean and comfortable - spacious and welcoming
I wasn't aware you had to pay for parking - my mistake but I would have liked this to have been made more transparent - at $25 day this was an additional expense I didn't need.

The convenience to the Adelaide CBD and Adelaide's inner Eastern suburbs. The staff were attentive, friendly, responsive, and yet unobtrusive. The balcony permitted an excellent view of the Adelaide Christmas Pageant, which includes Pulteney Street as part of its route. The apartments are part of Adelaide's historic architecture and the high ceilings and solid construction made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
The lighting in the bathroom was fine for bathing, but needed something more for shaving or applying make-up. However, the host/concierge advised me that I was in one of the unrenovated apartments when I mentioned it, so I expect that this is already being addressed.

When I got down from the car in front of the Hotel, the location was great. You have everything, shopping, eateries, chemist, parking, post office, bank in just walking distance. I got my keys from the locker, the details of the code was sent to me in advance, as my flight got delayed. I was on the 3rd floor.I opened the door and find an apartment neat clean to my expectation. A living room with a big 3 +1+1 sofa. a dining table and chair. AC/Heater, a balcony. Good and small kitchen with all necessary items like wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates, utensils to cook, coffee maker a toaster, an oven and standard size refrigerator. The bed room had enough wardrobe space. The bathroom was of good size. Hot water was always available in the kitchen and bathroom both. The theme of the kitchen and bathroom is in white which added to the look. I stayed for 14 days the room was cleaned once after 6 days, which worked for me. I had read the reviews on the wifi, to my experience it was good enough as I was able to attend all my zoom calls with out any problem. I would recommend this service apartment for location, facility and comfortless. It was an amazing stay. If I visit Adelaide again, this will be my most preferred space.
I have thought over and over again. The only thing I would advise is not to use the balcony during office hours as it's too noisy due to all vehicles. Early morning and late evening, it is peaceful and good to spend sometime drinking coffee or wine. You actually cannot complain that if you want a place in the middle of the city.

The hotel is perfectly located for access to Botanic Park, shopping and university districts, and great cafe's close by too. The 1 bed apartment was a great size, the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast so we didn't have to eat out every single meal. Kevin in reception was super lovely.
The apartment was very dark inside which was good for the heat (it was 38-40C each day) but just a bit dark that we had to put the lights on. Not a big issue at all but thought to mention it in case it is a deal breaker for others.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for 5 days. The apartment had a lovely art deco style and lots of storage in the bedroom. We even received an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment from a studio which was lovely. The apartment had a little balcony that you could sit out at. The location was perfect for exploring Adelaide and the staff were helpful.
It could be little noisy through the night but that isn’t any fault of the accommodation.

Great location and close to good parking. Couldn't be closer to Rundle mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and lounge had all facilities needed. Would definitely stay again.
Bedroom has no heating and it was freezing. Our baby couldn't sleep in her cot because it was just too cold. A fan or something in lounge to push the heat would be great. Internet very slow. Gate on front door was extremely slow and feels a bit of a safety risk.
