Very modern, up to date and well cleaned and maintained. Room was facing the road, but couldn't hear the traffic. Toiletries. Kitchenette and bar fridge was big enough to be able to make brekkie comfortably and snacks. Coffee pod machine. Bedside lamps with usb ports.

2 guests and only 2 pieces of cutlery, 2 plates, 2 glasses. Bit awkward when prepping food etc, have to wash as you go, no dishwasher. Need more coathangers. You have to leave a card in to access power in the room, so coming back on a warm day to a warm room.

Amazing location, right on the Port River, and I was extremely impressed with the room--I wish I'd known about the kitchen before I came, and the option to stock the pantry before arrival because I might have actually used it. Very clean. Staff very helpful.

There was a little confusion initially around which room I was meant to be in, and there were some water issues at the time we stayed that affected our toilet (started loudly spewing water in the middle of the night) which at another hotel might have really soured the stay, but as I mentioned the staff were so available and helpful that it really didn't matter.

It's your standard fair you get what you expect to get and you can ask for more than that. I do think a more nuanced facilities book of some sort would be better not everybody is internet-friendly or not everybody as turned out first time I said there has a charged phone and I didn't have the internet password time. Also getting in bed with more the businesses than just a brewery would be a good thing. As a menu with local fair would be an awesome addition because I get very hungry and so does everybody else

I guess the lack of a local area guide book. Only 15 minutes of the road s convenience for me to stay there because of what I was doing. From the locals point of view and now I'm looking to be done in the area it really missing out on reattracting people

Our apartment was fantastic, we had a great view of the river on our balcony and there was a looped walking track that started on the street directly downstairs. The area was very quiet and perfect for relaxing but there were still plenty of shopping centres and cafes around. The apartment was clean, modern and well appointed, containing everything we needed to feel at home (including netflix on the TV). The layered blinds and soundproofing added to the comfort.

There were air conditioner units for the neighbouring apartments built in on the small balcony which made it extremely hot to stand out there at times but other than that it was perfect.

The staff who greeted us were very friendly and helpful. The room was as described. The room was quiet even though there was a road outside. I had a great sleep. It was an easy check out in the morning.

Using Google Maps the entrance to the property is awkward to get to. You need to go over the bridge and back track to access the entrance street.

Perfect location to rest after attending Froth and Fury Festival. Only a couple of minutes walk away from the event. The room was perfect for what I needed. Waterfall shower, great coffee in the room and an optional mini bar. Comfy bed (I'm a light sleeper but crashed) and the staff at reception were wonderful. Felt very secure as a solo traveler

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom room for extra space and I can only imagine how small the one bedroom must have been. Room was on the 5th floor and down the end of the corridor so nice and quiet. Beautiful view from our tiny balcony.

Bed way way to hard, no sleep for 2 nights and excruciating back pain. Lounge very uncomfortable.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Adelaide. The staff were very friendly, attentive and gave directions well. Room was clean, comfortable, and parking was convenient.

We found the air-con worked well but had difficulty to increase temperature and unable to connect to Netflix.

Rooms were clean. Nice to sleep in a king bed which was very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Checked out bang on 10 and no pressure to be out quick. Great to have a nice hotel outside of the CBD. Pt Adelaide was a little surprise with lots of Cafe's and so clean. Only 5 min drive to Semaphore beach.

It is always hard finding affordable accommodation for family of 5. Had to use the sofa bed which was a tad uncomfortable. Quest in King William St offered us an actual bed at no extra cost for our 5th person. So much more comfortable. Parking was also a bit tight. We were boxed in by another car. Parking spaces a bit tight. Minor problems, Quest so much more affordable over Mantra. The friendliness of the staff made up for any slight parking and minor bed issues.

It was very clean and accommodating. Had very nice facilities including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher which was very helpful :)

The tv had a bit off issues, would freeze from time to time and not let me cast any thing from my phone even though it was connected to the right wifi network.
