Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. Location for our stay was perfect.

Would love to have easy access to power both sides of the bed for phone charging. We managed, but just a suggestion.

In a most convenient location it was a clean comfortable and spacious room with keycode access at all hours. The only staff i spoke to was on the phone and he advised that if there was no room to park at the site I could park at their sister location a short walk away. Very helpful as I did park there on the weekend and was able to park at the booked site for the last two nights. It was great to be able to open the window and have fresh air as well as air-conditioning. I appreciated the room tidy and top up and only spoke to a staff member one day otherwise it was like having my own apartment.

In a very well presented room and facilities one of the curtains was hanging from its fittings and the window hadn't been cleaned.

location was good, parking and ease of access. There was provision of a toaster and microwave in the laundry, however when I was planning my trip I called to ask if there was a toaster but was told there was not.

As there are no staff on site (not a problem in itsself) but there could have been a better explanation of how the provision of access instructions would work - Telling us that we would receive an email "on the day of arrival" set an expectation that was not met as we have a three hour trip to the city. At the time of leaving home there was nothing from the property meaning I had to call them only to be told we would not get codes until check in time. Again, this is not a problem but would have been better stated at the outset.

Room was spacious, felt safe & homely. Close to great dining & retail outlets, not far from the City Centre & was a good place to just wind down & relax. Having a code to enter premises & room made it easy, no keys or card to keep on you safe or to lose, just a text message with code was good.

There was traffic lights were just near to the accommodation, so a lot of traffic noise, needed to use ear plugs to go to sleep. No staff manned reception made it a little uncomfortable, first impressions are always most important, no one to greet & explain the stay was very impersonal.

I love the location, it was close to plenty of restaurants, close to the main city and to special activities. The room was really clean and bedding got changed every 2 days which was really nice.

No microwave on site.

Room size was good. Liked having couch to sit on and watch TV instead of having to sit on bed. Downside to location of room was the volume of traffic. Bed was really comfortable. Shower was great - water pressure was great.

Didn't get a text with codes to get into building. Had to call to find out how to get in. Not a lot of parking available.

Bed and room comfortable. Easy walk to great cafes, bars, bakery and restaurants. Liked the courtyard. No keys just had to remember a pin.

Didn't see a staff member, not many car parks and the exit was small and tight. The bathroom was small but it worked. At times it was bit noisy as it's in the airplane flight path.

The most amazing bed!!! Unstaffed reception, however very clear and easy to follow instructions provided in a timely manner. Great position, close to good restaurants and only a $8 to $12 uber to CBD

Great clean hotel. Old needs a little updating but did the job . Bathroom newly renovated. A special Thanku to Naomi the room maid who had exceptional good manners and great customer service
