Good accommodation in the north-east of the city. Once the check-in on a Sunday was sorted (made unnessecarily difficult by your comms and processes) everything was fine and comfortable.

The communications you send via email/text are really negative and aggressive in tone. If you don't do X we will charge you Y etc. Really offputting.

Great room, very clean, nice location. Mattress felt like it was very old, not much support in it but was comfortable.

We attended a wedding in the studio so it was very convenient. The lady that checked us in (accent and new) was just divine. I work in hospitality and loved her customer service. An asset to the business.

The multi pre arrival messages and emails. Very negative. The extra $ to come early, the bond (still waiting four days later), the rules and regulations are quite off putting so I expected the worst when we arrived but was extremely happy with the lady on reception who made up for all the negative vibe. Try telling guests what they can do not want they can’t.

The room I stayed in had a lovely aspect looking over the adjacent park. It was really well setup and although I didn't use it the spa looked very enticing. The bar fridge was well stocked and a breakfast pack was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked well. It was very quiet as well.

Unfortunately the onsite restaurant was not open when I was there but plenty of eating places close by. Access to the underground carpark is convoluted and be aware of it being locked with no access from 5pm to 8:15am. The building is like a hotel with one entry exit point which is good for security but difficult when many trips to the car are required shifting gear. Also be aware of a holding deposit of $180 and it is an irritation that this is only discovered after booking. This should be shown at the time of booking.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The spa bath was amazing after a long day out on my feet. It was quiet at night even though it is on and near a main road. The park directly behind the hotel is fantastic for families and a 2 minute work to a major shopping centre was a bonus.

The only two thing's I didn't like was the balcony from the room I stayed in over looked the roof of part of the hotel and there was no microwave which would have been good to have if you needed to heat up food. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay again .

The location is great, rooms are spacious and clean.

Unfortunately on our last night there was 2 weddings which meant it was very noisy. Once the parties had finished the guests in the room continued their party in the room next to ours. They were talking loudly on their balcony until 3am which meant we had no sleep as unfortunately we were being picked up at 4 am to go to the airport. It’s a shame there was no one to contact on reception about the noise complaint.

The young man named Peter on reception was absolutely helpful both before and during our stay. The housekeeping lady was wonderful. She asked us how things were, was there anything extra we needed and pointed out if we needed anything and she wasn’t around where we could find it. All the staff were smiling and pleasant. Loved the complimentary drinks at the cafe as well.

Lovely rooms, great location. Very quiet even though there was a function on. Difficult to get a car park near our room for that reason but overall was very good. The only downfall was the pillows, they were absolutely terrible so we will bring our own next time.

The pillows were shocking, very poor quality and resulted in a terrible night sleep. Didnt like coming back to a full carpark and then having to park right over in front of the council chambers and then move the car much later after some of the patrons attending the functions had left.

Incredibly comfortable bed. Enjoyed a pleasant cooling breeze on the balcony after the scorching Adelaide day. Easy parking. There's a major shopping centre across the busy main road, yet the location is quiet . Enjoyed a complimentary drink at the on site cafe restaurant. Both staff members I spoke to were extremely pleasant and efficient.
