I have stayed here previously, so knew what to expect. The room upgrade was a welcome surprise. The suite we stayed in was spacious and newly refurbished and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. They didn't jack up the prices ridiculously for the long weekend - unlike other nearby hotels. Car parking is easy to access, although very full being a long weekend.

The only downside is noise from pipes/plumbing. When the person in the room above had a shower late at night it was very loud - light sleepers might find this disturbing to their sleep.

It was amazing the way they have helped me in every doubt I had. I was traveling to Australia from the first time and they were so kind and polite and they even arranged me a.spare charger as my phone was dying

Excellent location, clean and well maintained with upgraded facilities. Excellent parking with good sized parking spots to fit our Merc Van. We had a King Suite and it was so spacious, super clean and well maintained and beautifully presented. The balcony was small but still a lovely luxury to get some fresh air. The kitchenette was compact but functional. Fridge was exceptionally clean. Lots of pillows and an extra towel. Location to restaurants was amazing! Super quiet and safe location. Steven who checked us in is an absolute gem! So kind and helpful and friendly. 100% recommend.

Bed and pillows were too soft for my preference. But everything else was amazing.

Location was good ,good shops and eateries close by and the free city bus not far away to stop at all the required locations. Parking on site was available and the pool out back was a bonus. the huge lobby area was comfortable as well

The only down fall in my opinion was the poor and patchy WI FI which was hopeless in our room but seemed to work well in the lobby area forcing my wife and myself to go to the lobby to do our emails etc. The only other minor issue was that we returned back to our rooms on two occasions to find our fridge door open.

This motel is Excellent ! I arrived late after recrption was closed and found a phone in the Doorway with a large sign stating "contact for after hours service". The nice girl in the other end told me i could collect my key from the key safe box on the outside wall.. i stayed 2 nights and found their staff, from the lovely receptionist who showed me how to use the vending machine and checked me out, the manager who checked my shower, to the housekeeper who attended my room.. were all Polite, efficient staff and that says alot about the Management.. Keep up the BRILLIANT job you're doing because I'm coming back.

I think that there couldve been more drinks in the fridge. And i didn't see a book where I could order breakfast..

The location of this place was very handy to the city. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The little fridge had a great freezer

The gym was not very well equipment, it was hot and disappointing. My bed was uneven and uncomfortable. The couch was not comfortable either and there needed to be a table beside it. The water in the shower kept going really hot and scolding me for a few seconds, and then back to a good temperature again.

A nice place to stay on a nice street, which was unusually quiet on the weekend I was there (maybe its always quiet?). The room itself is fine, with split system air con in both the living room and bedroom. Very comfy bed! Bathroom is great with a shower that had awesome pressure.

The uh "balcony" had little room other than for a table and 1 chair. It was also covered in bird poo, due to it being a consistent nest for a couple of pidgens.

We found the room very quiet, spacious and location perfect. Service desk person was excellent, helpful and friendly. Parking was excellent and spacious. Wish the weather was a little better as we would have utilised the pool area. Thank you for an excellent stay.

My only complaint was the couch in room 23. I do believe it should be cleaned, recovered or replaced. Ring Corey from Jim's carpet cleaning 0405 203 027 he does and excellent job on cleaning upholstery. My tip of the day.
