We were very happy with the light and airy room. There was more natural light in the room than we had on a previous visit due to the location of the room. The location was very good in terms of access to a appointment I attend in a neighboring suburb. The shopping area is very good for breakfast and dinner.

Car parking was a bit of an issue with none available during the day in the designated area. There may hve been a meeting on at the venue which took up the car park. I have a large 4x4 and sometimes find it difficult to find a suitable park.

Excellent bed and accommodation, staff was very friendly and helpful. Walkerville is very quiet but a good coffee shop and supermarket is nearby. The coffee machine is very much appreciated. We like the hotel so it was the second time we were visiting the hotel and we knew what to expect.

It would be useful to provide olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen. In addition, the rooms let in a lot of light (which is not ideal with a baby).

We had a lovely stay: the room size is pretty decent and the bed was divine. We really appreciated the personal message welcoming us and the nice temperature of the room when we arrived.

There were a couple improvement points: beach towels were not provided (probably forgotten) and the skin lotion bottle was empty and not replenished when asked (only after the second time someone came to refill it). Lastly, the overview of events in the lobby area was for the previous month, not the current month.

Great facilities, rooms are spacious and clean, great facilities, kids lived the pool. Parking was easy around the area and shops only 2 mins walk which was great!

The only thing i didnt like was that the room air conditioner did not cope over the hot days. Although set at the lowest setting of 19, the coolest it got was 26. Very warm. Heat coming in from the blinds didnt help either. Corridors were also super hot. This made it a little uncomfortable for 2 of the 3 days.

Our room felt very spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed such as an oven, microwave, pots and pans. The beds were also very comfortable and the view from our room on the 6th floor was spectacular as we could see over towards the foothills.

I was not expecting how lovely this building was going to be. The artwork was beautiful. My partner and I especially liked the block out blinds in the hotel room. We thought we woke up before sunrise it was so dark, but then realised it was 10am and the blinds were just really good. the view was beautiful. the bed was comfy. the kitchenette and A/C was great. Also free parking is always a bonus. Will be staying here again. Short distance to and from the city.

There was NO encouragement to eat at the provided cafe downstairs, in actual fact when I asked about the breakfast option at the attached breakfast venue, I was encouraged to walk around the block for better options.

Pillows were really uncomfortable and I was only provided one cleaning service for a week worth of stay. Hilton Hotel was cheaper and had cleaning services daily. The only benefit was the available parking for visitors, unlike the middle of the city.

Very bright airy room. The shower had massage pressure. Wheelchair accessible and easy to move around in room. Reception staff very welcoming and accommodating. Decor was very nice. Parking availability. Reception stored our baggage.

Had trouble initially with TV however staff came to our room within 2mins of request. Our error in using the remote.

We loved the stay, it was in a great spot with locals cafes and easy bus and taxi pickups The room was great with divided bedding areas and very modern with a nice view of blue sky and gum trees over a peaceful landing area for relaxing Lovely touch to receive Popcorn from local young talent. Will definitely stay again when back in Adelaide!!
