The lake views are.beautiful with seating to relax and enjoy it. The room was very spacious and well set out with a comfortable bed and extra pillows etc. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and well kept. The managers are exceptional, very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed even offering a top-up of tea and coffee as well as clean towels for our second day there. A small problem with the showerhead was quickly fixed. We will definitely return here again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

I wouldn't say the rooms were of high quality or standard, but they were very clean, smart tv, good size bathroom, microwave, fridge/freezer, chairs and sofa all in the room. Modern air conditioning which worked well, and also a very good ceiling fan in the room. We booked a lake view double room, which is exactly what we got and had a sliding glass door straight out onto the lake front. There was a good sized pool and a small children's pool which were good and clean. For the price, I couldn't have got better

Smart tv wasn't connected to Internet and wouldn't connect either. Looked like there was a bar but looked empty/ closed, but plenty of places near by.

The room was exactly as it was described so we hopefully knew what to expect. It was very tidy clean room. The bathroom was very clean but could have been a bit better. We parked at the back of our unit and entered by a back door. We loved the fact that through another door we could sit outside the front of our rooms and view the lake and passing traffic. If we need to return to Lake bonney again we will certainly pick this complex again. Thank You for making our time there a pleasure.

A small amount of built up water calcification in the corners of the shower and around the taps. With the right product this can be removed. It didn't bother me but being an ex-cleaner I noticed.

Loved the extras in the bathroom like shaving cream and moisturiser. Great tip for cleaners letting us know about hanging up towels if we are happy or leaving on the floor if we want them changed. Having a toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave was absolutely brilliant. Plenty of storage space. Extra pillows and blankets. Curtains blocked the sun really well. Room was so clean and fresh. The pool was great and service at the front desk very friendly. Use of a second room key was handy. Access through a back door to sit and enjoy the view and access quickly to the weekend markets was a bonus. Very, very happy.

Only thing I probably needed if I am being fussy was a small rack to hang wet bathers and towells. But I was able to still dry everything using the outdoor chairs and putting them in the sun.

The lady at reception stayed on until we got there as we were coming along way and ended up after 6pm on arrival.

As the resort only had about 5 people staying I thought we could have been in a room over looking the lake instead of at the back but that may have been the price of the room that decided that.

Friendly reception, room was a great size with space to sit and relax. Really good location with the lake opposite. Free parking with a space just outside the room door. Lovely reccomendations from staff. Nice little town with good facilities.

The patio doors onto the terrace couldn't be locked from the outside (broken key in lock) so you couldn't go out that way, slight inconvenience given that we'd booked somewhere opposite the lake, but not a major issue

Access to the front of the room which had views onto lake Bonney. Large and comfortable. Hot shower, comfortable bed and good air conditioning (it reached 41 degrees that day).

Tight on the RHS of the double bed and no bed side table there. The access into the bathroom was tight.

We had a Deluxe Double room. Location across the road from Lake Bonney is so convenient. Good sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle with tea, coffee & sugar supplied. Good sized bathroom with all toiletries supplied. Housekeeping every day if you want. Sofa as well as 2 comfy chairs and a small coffee table. Desk with 2 seats where you can eat a meal. The view of the lake and sunsets at night was lovely. Swimming pool was great.

Rooms aren't very soundproof so you can clearly hear people talking outside and noises from the rooms next door.

Exceptional staff. Very friendly. Good room service. Facilitated early arrive times for other members of my family. Well maintained pool. Good parking in the shade, or if you arrive in the rain. Best internet we have had for almost any motel we have stayed at. Never dropped out. New air conditioning very effective

location was great, hosts very friendly, room clean, tv good size. microwave and toaster in room. didn’t use any facilities but they looked good pool looked like a good size.

I arrived late and didn’t have access to internet( could not find wifi password info anywhere in the room) . great tv in room but not hooked up to wifi.
