The room was okay and access to the facilities was good

Room 211 had a very strong stuffy musky smell that would reappear once we went back to the room - It appears the room needs a good air out

The room was open and not crowded and was well facilitated with great amenities The room were very clean and tidy The staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous.such a a great location close to town Such a hidden gem,. I Would most certainly like to dine in the restaurant there in future .Whole location had great atmosphere.Best of all I enjoyed the welcoming gifts the wine and snacks were well received. Made for such a warm and welcoming experience.I was very comfortable whilst there during my stay and was very good value for money.

Room, bed and bathroom were pretty good for 3 star and not cold or noisy so must've been pretty solid?

Check-in on the other side of complex by the bar staff who weren't very helpful. They only gave us 1 card entry per room (1 between 3 for 1 room!?) and we were all moving about separately. It seemed to be a problem when we requested extra cards after constantly being locked out? It took me more than 10 mins to drive around get an extra card and drive back...not very convenient! Room servicing was good.

absolutely loved it easy to find very peaceful. cosy room will go again. loved the gifts they gave u very happy restaurants both close and easy to get to

room was great . there were a couple of things but it didn't spoil our stay. outside light didn't work passage light didn't work 1 side lamp plug broken air con worked when we got there but later that nite stopped heating and wouldn't turn off. but none affected our stay but it's good to let them know so can be fixed spoke to staff this morning

Comfortable beds in a spacious motel room. Good sized TV and good water pressure in a good sized bathroom. Lovely shady outdoor sitting options fronting a golf course fairway with a nice pool and BBQ area at hand. Welcome bottle of wine and some snacks was a lovely addition. I have stayed here in the past, and will again in the future.

Location is such that it is a short drive into town, shops and etc. However, quality of accommodation more then compensates for any inconvenience.

Great location and comfortable clean rooms.

I went out to dinner with my family and one of the servers with red hair and tattoos behind her ears acted like an absolute BRAT just because we decided we were going to pay all together and I was apparently at the wrong cash register. Extremely poor service from that girl and a dampener on the night. The other server who also helped us at reception checking in (Jarrad/Jared) was lovely though.

Location was perfect for our 1 night stay as we passed through town on our way to Port Lincoln from NSW. It was peaceful and picturesque with a great swimming pool and generous sized room. We had dinner at the Tavern and was fantastic and the OTR servo just across the Rd was convenient for refilling the tank before we went on our way.

The reception is located in a different location to the rooms, only a 3min drive up the Rd. It's not really an issue but it was a little confusing at first.

A spacious comfortable room. The welcoming wines and snacks were great. The balcony, view and easy access to a lovely garden and the golf course was a highlight. We enjoyed 9 holes of golf and happy hour at the golf course before dining at in-house Earth restaurant. The restaurant meal was excellent, with attentive, friendly staff. Ambience was OK.

Access to the golf club required driving back and forward to the clubhouse, especially with golf clubs. A bit inconvenient- we should have organised a golf cart.

Room was extremely comfortable, well appointed and made it a pleasure to stay. Kids loved the pool, especially as the pool had shade. Everything was very clean, tidy and well appointed. Every single thing in the room worked as it should, from the spa to the taps to the lights. Slept like a log.

Kitchenette is in a thoroughfare between the bedrooms, had to squeeze through behind the person at the sink. Room is not mosquito-proof. Killed many mozzies inside and still more kept finding their way in. We had an upstairs apartment and there didn't seem to be an obvious parking spot for this room, so we just parked by the door.

The Tavern / Restaurant is excellent. Loved dinner there as arrived early evening and didn't want to go travelling elsewhere. Breakfast was amazing. Views of the golf green from the room was beautiful. The number one thing above all else were the staff. From the charming Nick at check-in, to the staff at the bar and restaurant, to the cleaning staff for the room - all had smiles, were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much effort. Bravo to your staff training program. My two nights here were wonderful. Late check out was appreciated too.

Mozzie and flies were bothersome. Not sure what can be done - maybe some bug zappers?
