We had an upstairs room overlooking the river which was very scenic and pleasant to the eye. The accommodation was quite good, the king-sized bed and linen were amazing, the much needed air-conditioning was cold and running when we arrived which was wonderful. The complimentary bar fridge is a very nice gesture which we appreciated. The check in staff were very friendly and welcoming as were the restaurant and cleaning staff. The food in the restaurant was absolutely first class. My wife is quite a fussy eater, and she is still raving about how good the Ceasar's Salad was. Breakfast the next morning was equally as good.

The window glass in the room needed an outside clean and some spider webs removed from the window screens. We ate dinner in the restaurant in the evening and were seated around the corner away from the other diners next to the kitchen, which was not very nice, we felt isolated there. The waitresses were pleasant, and as I mentioned the food was first class, but the seating placement diminished the experience for us somewhat.

The beds were comfy and soft but not saggy like a lot of hotel beds can be. However they were Quite soft - so if you prefer a firm bed if you have back issues I’d rethink. However otherwise very comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free water and chips and the cool air con!

It would be nice to have regularly contacted surfaces wiped during clean between customers ie controllers, handwashing pumps, switches, taps etc I say this only because the handwashing pump in my room was a little muddy from the last person - but it was minor in the grand scheme of things 😊 Beside that nothing to say negatively at all - more just an additional suggestion 😊 But the hotel room felt very clean overall!

Staff were not friendly or welcoming, the lady who was at the reception was rude, no smile on the face, said issue with my booking.com. Number of guest were mismatched, that’s not my fault, I got the correct confirmation from booking.com. at breakfast the staff charged full adult price for kids meal, I clearly mentioned want 2 kids becon and egg, she asked what. I said pouched, she asked, pouched eggs for both kids? I said yes, when she was bringing the plates I saw they were adult size, then I checked the bill and realised charged for adult price, she said I don’t here properly,, need to hire friendly staff,

Great spot, value was good the staff cleaned daily and refreshed the complementary mini bar which was a real bonus after a long day outside. Room was new and presented very well, there was plenty of room.

I did select that I needed the spare bed made up however it didn't get through to the hotel staff (maybe it was something i didn't select) When I rang just to confirm earlier in the day the lady was quite short saying she needed more notice... they did leave the linen in the room and it was easy to set up so all good however the response took me by surprise. When we made up the spare bed and pull out the couch we found dust rubbish and a spare remote, so a clean under there from time to time wouldn't hurt, it certainly wasn't a deal breaker though.

Apartment was beautiful. Staff servicing the apartment were great, lovely and accommodating. Was the most comfortable bed that we have stayed in, in any place that we have traveled to. The Meals purchased from your restaurant were excellent, very delicious, we had takeaway in our room. The views from the balcony room was beautiful.

The internet kept dropping out and/or was like dial up speed at certain times. I was working from my room, which made this difficult. One of the blinds was fixed by the maintenance man but only lasted the afternoon before it fell again. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room for the 6 night stay

Love the restaurant and love that the mini bar is re stocked daily at no charge

We stayed in room 146 and there was no blind on one of the windows next to one of the single beds so that made it difficult for my kids to sleep and they woke up really early because it was so bright in the room. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well either and we had no extra toilet paper in the room.. I have stayed here about 5 times now and have never had any issues like this so hopefully it was a once off

Excellent service at front counter. This is the absolute number one thing we pay attention to when we travel. It sets the tone for the the opinion we'll have about the establishment. Views of river. Wonderful pool as it was so hot when we went. Aside from a couple of things we really, really enjoyed our stay.

Food wasn't amazing. It was OK. Above the air con in our room and up on ceiling there were cob Webbs and stains.. the shower alcove had some easily removable grime that made me feel a bit ill.

Location Pool Breakie in the hotel was good, but it was a bit pricey

That had to chase towels, three times and by third day had to ask them to sweep my floor third day just emptied our bin in the kitchen didn't make the beds or change our face washers so went and got same from counter and asked for a broom The next day we was around when they cleaned the room on Thursday the lady did an awesome job Seen snake Thursday night People across on top were smoking

We had a riverview room which saw the sunrise and sunset over the river each day. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the facilities, although a bit dated, were ery comfortable. We received a welcome pack of snacks and drinks (sofdrink, beer and cider) on arrival (not the usual pay from the mini-bar out of the fridge). The hotel had a wonderful restaurant attached and overall, the place was really an oasis. Loved our stay.

Not much really. The only complaint might be that it was a long walk to the pool!

The bed was uncomfortable, and toilet was used already when we got there,half a toilet roll left, I wouldn’t say the room was spotless, mirrors were. given a lick and a promise. Hate room 125. Also the fridge made a noise all darn night, wasn’t the best night we’ve had there. Much prefer room 132, don’t want to stay in the 120’s rooms again.just as well we took our own toilet Rolls, the Reception and bistro staff are wonderful. But the cleaning some are much to be desired.
