This is probably the best place I stayed during all my Australian trip. Absolutely LOVELY lady (owner), extremely low rate (the cheapest of all the night spent), of course this is not a 5 stars place, but room was top clean, great swimming pool, good WIFI...and continental breakfast provided (I had to leave very early morning, so I got a tray to take with me in my room with all what was needed).

Nothing...for sure....if you compared to the rate paid, it's the best deal I got ! Also Ceduna is a charming place with good pizza/pasta in the town center. Nice promenade on ocean's shore.

I live 70kms away and needed to be in Ceduna for medical appointments. I liked everything about East West Motel. The staff were warm and friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the bed was great. I especially like the fact there is a rain water tap for drinking water as no local drinks the ‘tap’ water which is piped in. The shower had great pressure and there was plenty of hot water. It was quiet yet only a matter of minutes to the shops. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night! The owners are to be congratulated on running such a great operation and I’m thankful to the staff for their warmth and professionalism.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

It was a budget friendly, clean motel with everything you could need. Walking distance to the centre if you need to stretch your legs. The staff went above and beyond the manager was so warm and friendly. She greeted you with a warm smile and friendly chatter at breakfast and went above and beyond. She is a true asset to the business.

Some napkins and real coffee at breakfast would of been lovely but for under $100 a night can’t really complain.

I booked the room 10 minutes before closing & the ladies were very hospitable even when it was lock up time. The bed was OK, none are like home, but I'd driven 900km that day so slept well. Having toaster, kettle, coffee tea in the room was also great. Shower was great, did take a bit to get hot but notice on wall said that. Breakfast was brilliant. Hot toast & a nice cup of tea, hit the spot before another long drive.

Owner was really friendly and helpful. We were glad there were laundry facilities and security gates. We felt a little uncomfortable in the town, so it was great the motel was on the main road, rather than the town centre.

The room was spacious, clean and it had all the items we required for travelling across the Nullarbor. The staff went above and beyond from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. They even gave us a list of Nullarbor accommodation options with phone numbers so we could be prepared for our next night as they had heard of other towns booking out and they didn’t want us to get stuck sleeping in our car. A little piece of paper for them, a huge help of kindness for us.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The freezer was pretty solid with ice, and it needed to be defrosted. We had a family stay next to us that had a dog which was kept in a travel kennel, which was located outside our room. The dog barked all night. It was very cruel. They just need to ensure that if people have pets, they don't disturb any other guests.

In a word Karen! That lady is an absolute treasure. The rooms are spotless, Breakfast was included and nothing was a problem. The room prices are excellent. The fact that we stayed here twice should be enough of a recommendation . Tip go for the larger room.

Ceduna is a town where 2 cultures meet. Good for an overnight stay but we were stranded here for 3 due to Nullarbor fires.

It's a simple motel, but very comfortable. It’s clean and well-maintained. You can notice the care they have for their guests through the thoughtful arrangement of the towels, the shampoo and conditioner kit, and even the toilet paper. It’s located on an easily accessible travel route, making it perfect for a good night's rest.

Was a little disappointed that the booking we made stated breakfast included - I asked about this on the first morning and was told they had new owners and the breakfast wouldn’t be included. This was not communicated, there is no clause to say new owners will change booking agreements.
