Very close to town, and rooms were a good size and very clean. The draw card for me was the convenience of being close enough to walk anywhere needed, and free parking. The lovely lady at reception, was super friendly and helpful- giving some great tips on nearby places to eat and things to do. I mentioned I was there for a first aid course, and the next morning when I went to hand key in, she asked how my course went! Couldn't believe she remembered with all the guests checking in and out! We had a chat, and she is a wealth of local knowledge, and I will definitely be going back there to stay, as the service and suggestions were really fabulous and spot on! Bakery nearby is INCREDIBLE too, which was one of her suggestions. Very good value for money too-I have a paid a lot more for rooms that were nowhere near as nice or as clean as these, it was a very good experience all round.

That I had to leave the spacious room to go back home to the children...it was so peaceful and bed was super comfortable 😁

Basic, nicely renovated rooms. Good standard facilities. Nice bathroom, comfy bed and exceedingly lovely, helpful staff. Food and supermarkets close walking distance. Plenty of car parking. Great view of the sea from several rooms.

Construction work next door was noisy from 6am - couldn't be helped I guess. TV from neighbouring room (26) was a little noisy through the wall, guessing this is due to the room layouts. Slept with earplugs anyway. Have relocated for my next stay, staff happy to help me pick a great room.

Conveniently placed in Pt. Lincoln, offers spacious rooms and a good set of services. Internet connection is good and free of charge. Big parking lot (is a motel). You can access the beach directly from the hotel.

I have been there over Christmas and I've been warned that the rooms would not be serviced on 25th morning. Not a majot issue. I think that it's a bit overpriced for the level of the accommodation. In case you have problems with climbing stairs, better to ask for gorund floor rooms.

Great location. Walking distance to bakery, shops, pubs and beach. The walking trail is well used and easily accessible. The room was exceptionally clean with enough beds for a family. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Would suggest a mat outside the door of the rooms to remove excess sand from children’s feet after they had been in the water.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and let me keep the car there while we went with friends to investigate the Whale Way. It is well located, and we walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Although we were on the gulf with water lapping the property's fence, you couldn't enjoy the view from inside the room. There was a balcony the length of the building so you could put a chair out if desired.

Conveniently positioned with onsite parking, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the view of and access to the foreshore of Port Lincoln and the property is a little quieter than the motels in the bustle of town. Conveniently located near a choice of restaurants and pubs.

The room location was ideal. 5 minutes from Main Street, next to the beach, and next to food outlets. The room was clean and I was particularly impressed with the shower. The microwave was an added bonus.

The price of the room for stay was higher than similar hotels motels in the area but unfortunately it was only option at the time. I suppose a little bit overprized since breakfast wasnt even included in the price.

For a standard room, it was clean and comfy. Room looked like it went through a recent refurbishment, carpets were new, bathroom & toilet looked new, beds were comfy, had the right amount of amenities. Overall really satisfied with the room and the location. Will definitely return if I had a choice. The food at the hotel next door was great too - awesome views from the hotel and on the right day you can surely get some great photos.

No shower gel provided so best that you come prepared. Seems like the norm these days with all the hotels which I cant understand why. The pros certainly outweighs the cons.

security could of been better side gate open due to fire exit however we were robbed of belongings from our terrace as ability for anyone to walk up side of building and onto our terrace. Staff said they would look at the cameras and close the gate however this was not done nor feedback given to us of findings. Message here don’t leave any belongings on your terrace.
