Everything. Spacious room. Very new and comfortable. We had water views from bed through the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. We could use the kitchenette to cook some simple dinner. Easy stroll to town. We were worried that being at second floor would mean we had to carry our luggage over a lot of stairs but it turned out there were only eight steps no matter which floor we would be in so it was clever layout.

Would be good to have a dining table and four dining chairs in the apartment accommodating four people. But we managed to eat dinner with half of the family using the small table and chairs on balcony which wasn't bad at all.

First, the charming young woman in reception who had turned on the heating before our arrival on a cold day.Secondly the very comfortable warm room including a great bed and excellent shower. The kitchenette was well equipped. The room that we had also had a small balcony overlooking the bay, which would have been lovely on a sunny day and the room had a stunning view of the harbour. We would most certainly choose to stay again.

The only thing we might say for elderly people or young people with children is that there are a number of stairs, particularly from the ground floor car park. That was no problem for us as we were parked in the upper car park and only had a few steps to the room. However, if stairs are a problem it might be worth checking with the management as to the most convenient room, taking the stairs into account.

We had a lovely corner room overlooking the bay. Just beautiful. A short walk into town and woukd recommend Fumi 28 fir their oysters with Green Apple Gin!! We sat on the balcony for our meals and watched the birds on the foreshore. Very pleasant. The NP is well worth exploring. There are two great craft stores in town and the Fish box is a great place for some King George whiting and buying some oysters and smoked for for a soecial snack.

No laundry facilities within the motel.

Beautiful spacious studio room with modern kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, desk and comfortable queen size bed. Lovely view over Boston Bay. Very friendly manager and reception staff. On check in we were given a map of Port Lincoln which showed recommended restaurants and tourists spots which was extremely helpful.

Whichever floor you are on there are stairs but we didn’t find them an issue at all and you are told about this in the confirmation email when booking.

Good price, and I was extremely happy to be able to book only a week out from my travel date and still find a room with a view of the ocean. The room was clean / tidy, and comfortable. We cooked breakfasts in the kitchenette which was well equipped.

The location is a little loud as it’s quite a high traffic area coming off of the highway, but nothing too bad.

Our room was spacious and clean and had everything you could need to be self catering for a few days. Every room has a sea view. The housekeeping staff were excellent and everything was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Nothing. But no elevator for top floors so might be hard for people with mobility issues and big bags. But not a problem for us.

We loved our stay at the Limani Motel. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Gary ( if anyone should be working with the public - he should! What a polite and happy person). We actually also received a room upgrade. Our room had only recently been refurbished and was comfortable, modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view over the bay was beautiful! We would stay here again when we return to Port Lincoln and can highly recommend the Limini to other travellers!

I could not have been happier with the beautiful room. The view was incredible and the picture online was the same as the room we were in which was brilliant. The room was clean, attractively set up and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. Made us feel like we were on a tropical vacation. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. 5 minute walk from the main strip through Port Lincoln and parking was available. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely come again.

Comfortable/ Clean/ Modern/ Beautiful views

Had not realised…. Only cooking facility was a Microwave No laundry on site No dining room or cafe nearby We had flown in late afternoon & got a taxi to accommodation….walked almost 2 kms next morning to pick up Hire Car. Perfect for those folk driving & only staying one or two nights We stayed five nights so a little challenging! Partly our own fault for not researching accommodation more closely!

The hole room was amazing, but the spa bath and the views were superb 👌 especially on the last night we got to have a spa while watching the lighting show was amazing 😉

Would have loved to see a mop and broom in the room, to clean up water from spa and shower also would have loved it even more if there was room service but overall we would stay again and tell everyone about it thanks
