The staff were friendly. Location amazing. Very comfortable beds. Both bars located within the restaurant were superb. There was a choice of a 10 aud voucher for use in the hotel bars for each day we didn't require our room to be cleaned, very good environmentally friendly incentive. Laundry facility on site. Amazing sea view with a balcony. Really enjoyed Port Lincoln!

Our room was for 3 adults, but we only had two mugs for tea and coffee placed in our room. I thought the pool was heated, however, this was not the case in the month of late February. Only minor points, it was a good standard of hotel.

After 3 long days on the road from Perth, it was great to be able to put our feet up for a few days in Port Lincoln. The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the view was great. Additionally, the room was on a front corner of the building and had it's own balcony which we could take in the views over the bay and get some fresh air. Check in was easy and parking was free and on-site. This was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we're ever in Pt Lincoln in the future.

Breakfast was ok, and the pool has a good view. Staff was welcoming and the location was great.

Miscommunications about vouchers upon arrival but eventually been clarified by the manager the next day. When we got there, some older kids using the pool while cursing and using vulgar languages while little kids present, they were booted out by a staff member after a while of swimming.il it feels like non hotel users can easily access the pool through the entrance near the back door?.....the day we got there, it felt like everyone is at the pub watching footy, ending up with no car parking space available in the hotel.

Staff were all kind and helpful when required, food from the three venues was satisfying and timely. Room service team high standards were visibly obvious and were always courteous and went above and beyond to appease our every need. The view from our room was superb! What a beautiful part of the world!

We could not fault anything during our stay, only that we wished we could have stayed longer. Kettle could be updated/modernised for creature comfort.

The view from the room was good and the quality of the food enjoyed over dinner at the restaurant was of a high standard

As accommodation cost have risen the voucher/ credit for not having the room cleaned is undervalued and only benefits the licensee. The value of the voucher should be increased compensating the guests for not having their room cleaned. Furthermore we felt as though we were imposing when we asked for to have some spare tea and coffee bags

the food! the food was terrible. The Asian oysters had dried steamed cabbage with "Zero" flavor on them, the menu said ginger cabbage. The natural oysters were dry and warm also. We were picking shell grit out of our a mount all night from them. Certainly need to revise your toppings on the oysters. The pork bites had no love in them, just deep fried miss matched piece of pork with a drizzle of bbq sauce out of a bottle. we also ordered the share board which was meant ot have cheeses and quince paste and cured meats on it. We got a big chunk of paramsen cheese, No quince paste and table spoon of dip and about 5 slices of deli meat salami. There was no flavor or love in any of the food and for the price.

Some amazing lovely staff really trying to please, especially in the bars/restaurants Nice tidy place, very relaxing Will be back in Pt Lincoln soon so will consider staying there again

Didnt get what we booked. Didnt realize you only request a type room but not guaranteed. Booked a room with views, king bed and couch and paid full price for it all. Got the views we wanted but given 2 queen beds and no couch. Lady on counter when we checked in wasnt very nice either, she tried to spin us some yarn that we got better views because of it but i know that wasnt the case. If staying here again will make sure the day before we arrive that have got what we booked and cancel if they dont as they do payment on arrival options We had been days on the road and just happy to be off it

Location of hotel was very good, within walking distance to good restaurants and view of the sea & esplanade to walk around. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable with two queen beds. Stayed 3 nights/4 days & had the option of no room service for $10 per service to be used for food and beverages.

Furniture/chairs look a little tired. Wifi was not working properly in the room but OK downstairs near reception.l

Majority of the service was great, sadly there was one girl in service who you could unfortunately tell didn’t want to be there by her attitude towards our table but other than the one the rest of the staff were very kind. At checkout we noticed there was extra charged to our final bill from someone else and it was quickly removed when brought up. Appreciate there is a $10 food/drink voucher if you don’t want your room made up.

Well located hotel with all the services and facilities of a major city hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with good sea views. The staff were young and keen to help. The restaurant food was good and breakfast menu while limited was nice. Room service food was also good.

As above, the sea view rooms are good with the only downside being that they are directly above the outside (presumably smokers) bar and were quite noisy at night. The hotel parking area is not all that big for the number of guests and while we managed to snag a park each night it was generally full by 6pm.
