Every thing was perfect. In location wise you can enjoy different kind of views like sunrise is amazing from bedroom, morning view and night view absolutely beautiful With the services they provide excellent services bed heater blankets, heated towel rack . TV with netflix Spa was incredibly beautiful If you really want book couple retreats i will recommend you shouldn’t go any where else.

My boyfriend and I have loved every minute of our stay here. Spotlessly clean, well maintained, abundant supply of towels, toiletries, teas and coffee and Renee even left us a wine and snacks treat at the door for New Years Eve. So many little details have been thought of, towel warmer, filtered water container, smart TV with netflix and foxtel and extremely comfortable fluffy robes. I haven't even mentioned the amazing spa bath or the spectacular views! Thank you so much Renee. We will be back... as soon and as many times as we can!

The view is absolutely stunning and it had everything we wanted to make the trip comfortable.

The walls and ceiling don’t block out much noise from neighbours. This wasn’t really an issue as we didn’t have many during our stay but at moments it was very easy to hear couples talking next door or walking around upstairs

Amazing views and extremely clean, comfortable & well maintained facilities. Loved that it is an exclusive couples retreat & found it refreshing not waking up to someone elses screaming children.

Small breakfast & snack items would be a very nice touch & would elevate this to a perfect stay. The Bowen Suite would not cater to the elderly or those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs.

Gorgeous views, good amenities, amazing location for hiking, tons of heating (very warm and cozy), clean and well maintained. Beautiful and comfortable balcony. Stress-free, quick and easy check in/check out.

Some noise from neighbors above or wildlife (footsteps), but it was not that bad. Main room lighting is white (cool), i prefer yellow (warm). Its a non-issue, though. Really minor nitpick.

The views are amazing this place is like a home away from home. Me and my partner had the best time chilling and celebrating my birthday! The spa bathroom is beautiful and so romantic in the evening, perfect for watching the views while soaking in the tub! 🛀

The views were unbelievable. The suite was luxurious. Super clean. The communication was excellent. Beautiful lush bedding and large soft towels and very modern updated facilities. Loved having the kitchen to cook our own food. Will be back for sure. Thank you for providing such an incredible place to relax

The rooms are fabulous have now stayed in both main rooms. From the gorgeous robes and the awesome breeze to the magnificent view across Port Phillip bay - needed a bottle of champagne delivered- no issue at all. Absolutely love this place.

The Bowan room needs a bigger or extra couch. Better would be two extremely comfortable arm chairs on the deck. Bath though is truely awesome.

The location and the view is to die for.

I would love the apartment to have a small kitchenette, it will be a lot more convenient. Also I think it is timely to replace the current sofa inside the apartment and also the outdoor furniture with a new one.

View was terrific. Heated towel rail was a lovely surprise. Bathroom was lovely- great bath and lovely tiles.
