Booked a room at very last minute on the Friday of the Easter weekend. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and check in was easy. The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice view of the bay. Check out in the morning was equally straight forward. A very comfortable stay.

The room had a small kitchenette but no dinner plates or cutlery, which would have been helpful. No big deal and we managed but it just would have helped.

Proximity to funeral&wake. Close to the water.. as in just over the road! Very nice & cheery to deal with.. (WE GOT LOST!! in the roadworks(on the back roads cutting across to Rosebud from Tooradin) was after dark & torrential rain & wind! Recieved a check in mobile call from-nice young desk guy👵🏻(😹)who rang to make sure we were on our way as office was closing soon.. Much better than arriving to a closed office!! thanks again..

Convenient location for our needs, staff were lovely, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were a good size and really clean

Unable to plug my phone charger in at wall plug beside the bed in either of the rooms we stayed in due to the size of the furniture and lamps as I have a size plug connector. Towels could do with being updated as are a bit frayed.

Good location to beach, pool and service station across the road for snacks. Clean room, updated bathroom, air con worked well, balcony views although on traffic light corner so didn’t sit outside during stay. Check in was easy, staff lovely and polite.

Nothing. It was good value for money for a quick couple of days on the peninsula. Close to Sorrento and Portsea.

Comfortable clean room with facilities for tea/coffee etc. Cleaning staff and front desk were approachable and friendly.

Locality close to highway and T intersection was too noisy for me. But certainly other guests were not a noise problem. Unfortunately inclement weather didn't help the stay as I couldn't utilize the pool or even the Rosebud beach. But that's no reflection on the motel.

Great location for a one night stay, good size, very clean, nice friendly staff, good room, parking, facilities, etc. Bay view, easy to find, excellent air conditioning, very good bed, quiet for sleeping, too.

Nothing else in the area was available for this date, was a bit more expensive than I planned, but great place to stay. Settee faced away from the TV due to the room.layout, but workable.

Lovely room, was so happy to get a ground floor room that was easy to access in spite of my rheumatic condition. Everything I needed was provided.

Light in the bathroom needs a new starter, it took ages to work. I thought it wasn't going to while I was trying to work out where else I could put makeup on

Very nice family run business, very easy to park and access rooms. Beach access just across the road,multiple restaurants within a few minutes drive.. Peninsula hot springs within 10 minutes drive of motel.

All good ,very happy with our choice.

It was clean and spacious

The shower set up over the spa was weird. The shower flooded the the bathroom because the water would from the shower would miss the spa then flood on the bathroom floor . Also if you are elderly forget trying to get in an out of the shower without an injury .

Not far from the beach plus it was walking distance to get some nibbles and drink . Lovely and comfy

The traffic in the morning was a bit loud but we put some quiet music on, rolled over and went back to sleep.😴 lol 😂
