The self contained 3 bedroom unit at the Goldsmith is fantastic for families. 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and 2 living area's mean there's a spot for everyone. Split systems in every bedroom ensure everyone is comfortable. Very central location easy to walk to the main street or eateries and close to visit the supermarket if self catering.

Really nothing, you do need to be conscious of shower time in the morning as the only toilet is in the bathroom with the shower, so probably best to ensure everyone has had a chance to use the toilet before starting showers in the morning.

Super clean rooms and spacious and comfortable accommodation. Family rooms have good facilities such as Netflix, a nice bed, cutleries, coffee machine. Parking available in front of each room.

Check-in time is up to 21:30pm according to Booking.com, however we were called and asked to be there by 6 pm unless we give our bank card number and CVV over the phone and have a self check in in return. The payment was already made online on Booking, but we were still forced to give the card details on the phone to secure the payment. We refused to do so, although we had an argument on the phone and a stressful time until we get to the hotel asap. The receptionist was respectful when we got to hotel, but it was not a nice experience on the phone.

Most comfortable beds on our trip! Very clean rooms, with everything we needed supplied and even a small minibar/snackbar. Kids were upstairs and loved having their own space. Lots of information provided by hosts on where we could eat, where delivers etc which was very handy to make quick decisions when travelling with kids.

Breezeway in to motel could be a little low for anyone traveling with roofracks/things on top of their car - we didn't have that so didn't have any trouble but could be an issue for some. Lots of street parking though if that's an issue.

We stayed last November and again on the weekend because we were impressed the first time. We stayed in a Superior Queen room which had a couch, and extra single bed as well as the large bed, and a small table and two chairs. Walking distance to the art gallery and good old fashioned pub ( The Commercial) for dinner. We had a garden view room, very quiet.

It was all good!

We were in a king room. The room was very spacious, immaculately clean and well maintained. The bed was a king size bed which was very comfortable with crisp linen. Although the motel is older style there have been upgrades to the bathroom, new carpet and furniture. Overall very good accommodation at a reasonable price. Good value for money. There is a pub within walking distance with good meals.

No Issues.

The closeness to the central township was excellent-within walking distance to parks and shopping areas. Staff were very welcoming and shared local information to highlight the town with ideas to do while on a short stay. An excellent information booklet was filled with local sights and activity tempters to return and see more of the tourist areas. Closeness to the Grampians is a treat.

We stayed in a family townhouse room and were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. Although we did not eat in the room, the kitchenette and table are easily big enough to heat or prepare simple meals and eat in for a family of four. The bathroom had been tastefully updated and was extremely clean and spacious. Check in was fast and very helpful with instructions and information about the local area.

Nothing-

It is in the heart of the city. Everything is easily accessible and we went by walk. Property was so clean. They provided the instructions in the file. So that you do not need to call them to know the information. As soon as I called for assistance, they picked up and provided. Above all, they were very friendly

A good stopover before heading to the Grampians. Peaceful town with a beautiful lake. Friendly hosts. Spacious apartment.

There's only one toilet for this apartment, so you do need to plan ahead for families and big groups if you are planning to go out for road trips.

Clean, well kept. All the little things that make a difference were good. Draw string curtains which closed properly. Additional blind for daytime privacy.. Shower pressure and heat was fantastic.tv had netflix. Dishes are collected for dishwasher at end of stay which meant i didnt stress about how well previous tennants had washed up.
