The room was clean, the bed was good enough or my one night stay, the shower worked well, with instantly available hot water and the reverse cycle air conditioning worked well. I arrived earlier than expected, but the manager was receptive and friendly. This motel is fairly old, but is obviously looked after pretty well. The grounds were neat and the parking plentiful, allowing me to park right outside the room. There were plenty of towels, the sheets were clean and although the bathroom was on the small side, there was room to move.

When you book at a lower priced motel, you expect to have to have to make some compromises, but this was better than I was expecting. The TV was not the best, but that was not the reason for my stay, so it didn’t matter. The room wasn’t big, but adequate for my overnight stay.

The cheap price and atmosphere. The gentleman at the front was very nice and understand and let us extend our stay by an hour. Not the most up to date facility but it's a nice place to stay for value and it's clean and not dirty. Rooms included coffee and tea so that was nice I would stay here again

That the bar wasent open when I was there 😉 other than that no complaints

The restaurant wasn’t open on Saturday night. Had European wasps which need exterminating so couldn’t sit outside & enjoy the nice evenings.

For a hotel situated just off the main road to Ballarat and the edge of the town it was noticeably quiet with very little road noise and delivered a good nights sleep. A no frills motel that represents value for money.

The room was a nice size for a family.The beds were not made up each day which surprised me but they did provide clean towels for each guest.

Found a pair of tiny shoes under one of the beds. Would have liked the beds made up daily.

everything was amazing, beds were clean, well made and very cozy. toilets/shower/bathroom all clean with no issues at all.

toilet paper is extremely thin sheets, not a normal toilet roll. other than that

Good location. A short walk away from restaurants/cafes in Hamilton. The room had all the basic amenities. All in all, a comfortable stay!

The room and bathroom were quite small.. but considering the price, this was quite reasonable.

Reception and all staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and basic. Having toiletries, a table, fridge and tea making facilities was welcome. Ample parking was right outside the rooms

The power to the electric blanket was in the way when sleeping. Shower screen hits the sink.
