The property certainly has a very charming old world feel to it. The high wooden ceiling in the very large room made it feel cosy. Although virtually on the Highway, the rooms at the back of the property were quiet and beautifully clean and cared for. So nice to have a garden to drive through rather than just a concrete car park too.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. If I had to be really picky there is no direct sunlight into the room but the suspended lights and wall lights made the room well lit and gave it. Soy glow.

Loved the old style of the place, nice grounds to walk around, just outside of Horsham but yet still very close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted with my late check in. I even asked for an extra night but due to being fully booked it wasn’t possible, but they did try after they had a late cancellation. Definitely stay again if I’m passing through.

Swimming pool wasn’t open. 😞

Location suited us very well for the event that we needed to attend. Close to town centre and easily accessible. Very clean and spacious room: Weather was extremely hot and Air-conditioning was turned on prior to our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Despite the location being very close to the main highway, we were not troubled by noise.

Very dark wooden Ceiling which was a feature, but lighting inadequate for good vision in the room. No lighting outside at all: ie along the verandah or surrounding area, which could well be a health hazard on uneven surfaces, particularly after dark.

Beautifully clean unit. Superb building, architecturally stunning. Beautifully set up.

The road noise was unbearable. It was extremely difficult to sleep and I didn't get to sleep until 5 in the morning and then my breakfast arrived at 7:30 a.m. when I was still sleeping which wasn't the management's fault it was just that I was unable to get to sleep because of the road noise.

Location was a short distance from town, but didn't hear any highway traffic at all. Peaceful surrounds, with native wildlife to be seen, when walking around and near the grounds.

Hand held portion of shower had absolutely no pressure in it. Initially we were surprised with the darkness of the room, but as the temperature rose we were very grateful for the coolness.

Breakfast package was great. Roomy accommodation and luggage storage. Pizza Delivery saved the day and was quick delivery. Room was heated prior to our arrival which was a nice touch.

Bedding cover was not so soft and comfy. No nearby food outlets - we arrived around 6.00pm when it was dark and rainy so opted to stay in and order Pizza as too far from main centre. Weather was not good after a long drive. Ice on the windscreen in the morning.

The room was very spacious with olde worlde charm, separate toilet, kitchen area with tea/coffee making and toaster, good size fridge, comfy sofa, table and chairs and very comfortable bed with reading lamps, effective air conditioner (it was a hot day)but also windows that opened for overnight.

The inn is some distance from the town of Horsham, too far to walk, but is conveniently situated on the main highway so makes a great stop over on the Melbourne - Adelaide trip. Some traffic noise from the road but we still slept well.

I like that the inn is not using those little plastic shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles, but instead using large refillable containers that are bolted to the shower wall - very environmentally friendly, reduces wastage and reduces us hoarding by taking them home! Heating and air conditioning were great and absolutely required.

There was no access to a microwave. This was not promised but would've been a great addition, even if it was in a communal area. There are lots of trucks that drive past and it can be quite noisy at night, might be worth looking into double glazing or some other way of sound proofing the rooms.

Location is very quiet which l liked. Loved the open looking fire on at arrival love the cathedral ceilings of the room and general ambience of king bed and coffee bag quality was superb, well done. Arrival was not till 7.30pm so appreciated the handing over of keys in person.

$210 was a fair hike for the best room but apparently was only one available. No breakfast, just getting back into that after covid, so unable to review. Would prefer real milk rather than long life. TV too small hike for viewing from Bed really and looks weird as opposed to lovely size of room. Practice of contactless arrival and departure a bit to get used to. Sort of like to say good bye to my hosts and thank them but its all a bit hand your keys in and don't speak to anyone and go. Some may like and prefer this, some might prefer a warmer like greeting and good bye touch.

Location was very good. Clean, spacious room. Good parking.

No toaster or bowls, cutlery, in room, had to get them from reception. In the morning I went to reception but there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. Can't remember but something like opening at mid day.
