Great location, perfect for a stopover on the way to Adelaide. The pool was great. Nice, large rooms.

Bathrooms need some attention - repairs/upgrades. A bit noisy in the front rooms as close to the highway.

A large, clean, and comfortable room on the ground floor (No 8). Fairly typical motel set-up with mini-bar, crockery, cutlery and microwave for home catering. Close to restaurants and shops. Despite its proximity to the main road, it was pleasantly quiet. Two-seater lounge and coffee table. Soft bed. Good value for money. Recommended.

The rooms are really good, first time staying there and a great backup if your usual hotel isn't available

Parking is where you wanna park its abit snug to get you car in out of which is not huge deal but other guess get upset cause you parked infront of their room.

There was a bit of road noise as the rooms are close to the main road. However, as the windows are double glazed the noise wasn't too bad. Additionally most of the trucks seemed to stop between 10 pm and 7 am.

The freezer was iced up and decreased the cooling of the fridge.

The parking was not very well thought through, we ended up having to park on the street due to cars not parking in their bays and the bays being poorly positioned.

That said, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and with good water pressure, and the air-conditioner adequate on another 40 + degree day. The pool was awesome. So much so that we didn't want to get out. Glad we remembered to bring pool noodles this time. Loved the updates to the pool area too, just needs some plants now. Also loved that the owner came out a couple of times in an effort to try to give us some shade in the pool, but it was too windy for the cantilevered umbrella. Was also too windy for it last time we stayed, a year ago. Wish they could think of a better way to provide shade as the pool really is awesome. We just kept our hats on and stayed submerged for maybe 3 or 4 hours. Only the underside of my chin caught a little sun, from the reflection I guess. We might try a different hotel next time we stay in Horsham, just for comparison, but I expect we will be back for our annual sojourn in the pool next year 😎.

The hotel is perhaps a little on the old side, although the owners have made a few welcome updates. The sound from other guests leaving from 5am on Saturday morning was definitely not welcome from us night owls, particularly from the tradies in the room next door ... don't think they ever learnt any manners!

Location was excellent. Close to restaurant & other services - walking distance. Were lucky to be placed in a room further away from the main road, so traffic wasn’t an issue. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed, including electric blanket for a very cold night.

Very friendly We were running late due to our toddler. The owner texted us where they left the keys so we could still check in and made it such an easy process.

Location is great, so close to all the shops, and near the main street. Servo and Maccas is just next to it. The staff were very nice and friendly, even when just talking over the phone.

The ramp on the entrance and exit is too low. My bumper had big scratch under it, and could nearly detached.

Everything. Amenities, staff and cleanliness. Not a problem with any of these.

Where the property was located on the main road is the only problem we had. Trucks passing all night long.
