We were super impressed with the room we were given! The one bedroom apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults and a newborn baby. The room was tidy, clean and extremely comfortable after a long days travel. We ordered room service from the bar that was incredibly delicious and convenient to have in the room instead of going to the bar with an overtired newborn.

When ordering room service from the QR code provided in the room we were unable to order anything as it stated that the hotel had closed after we had placed the order, we ended up having to go into the bar to order room service

The outside and approach did not do the property justice. It just looked a bit tired. The car parking was secure. The air conditioned room was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge and freezer helped us keep our food for the next travelling session. It would have been ideal if we had a room with full self catering, but this was my fault for not reading all of the detail, when I did enquire the lady was very helpful and would have placed us into a room with full kitchen, but it was already booked. We even had time to take a dip in the pool to cool off from the heat. Food on site was good value.

Was clean, comfortable bed, bathroom renovated. Secure gated parking which was great as we were towing a trailer. Not far off the main road if you are looking for a place stop as you pass through which was real handy. Food in the bistro was really nice. We also got a couple of free drink vouchers

Room a little small but only there overnight so wasn’t really an issue. Does look a bit dodgy when you pull up but I’m clutching at straws now. Perfect spot to stop for the night when driving through and good value for money

Good location, close to the centre. A great local pub and TAB is a part of the place. Can enjoy drinks and alcohol, and food. Food is served until 8.30pm while drinks available until 9.30pm. Can also order drinks and food to the room. A fun place to spend your night in a quiet town.

The indoor kid playground could have been cleaned better with aircon built in. Currently there is no aircon flow inside make the space hot and the kids sweating a lot. There is also mosquitos inside due to no airflow. My son plays for only 5-10mins and already get a few bites. The swimming pool is nice to have but no children friendly as it’s pretty deep. There is nothing to cover the pool overnight so we can see lots of insects on the surface in the morning

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had traveled in the car for quite a long time so I appreciated the shower pressure and the ease with which I got to my ideal temperature. I appreciated that my room came with parking monitor by security overnight.

My only complaint was the noise of other guests. I was in bed early and they were enjoying an evening outside. So not very sound proof.

Clean rooms, secure parking

The bartender guy needs a customer service lesson. I was 30 min early for check in, after driving all day the rude bartender guy (youngish bloke) didn’t look up, just yelled out from the bar that check in opens in half an hour in a patronising tone, said to come back later in a manner to say get lost. I then showed at for dinner 1 min before the official dinner time, the same guy was working he said three times, we don’t start dinner until 5pm (or whatever the time was), even through it was 4:59. I answered three times that there is 1 minute to go I am happy to wait the 60 seconds.

Loved staying here. Very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Refurbished modern bathroom, furniture and carpet. Room has a high raked ceiling, which gave it an open feeling. Very clean. Cereal breakfast packs were given every morning. Gated parking, neat surroundings, location quiet but near shops and town centre. Staff were very friendly and warm. Look forward to staying here again!

Nightcap had a wonderful restaurant with delicious meals. We ate there two out of the three nights we stayed. The meals were well sized, reasonably priced, and delicious!

We were advised on arrival that we needed to pay a bond of $200 per room, which wasn't disclosed either at time of booking or prior to arrival. An unexpected dent in my travel budget!

perfect for what we needed. Nicely renovated with the needed items such as usb charge points, air con, pool, free drink at the restaurant, secure car parking, nice big shower head and tea/coffee ect. We liked that there wasn’t a bible in the room as there are many religions and beliefs so it was nice that one wasn’t prioritised over others. Theres a muz buz, laundry, deli, and a few restaurants within 15metres of the place.

There’s no wifi and the tv only works if you hit spot to your accounts, e.g. Netflix. Only Telstra got reception so my friend could hot spot the TV but I couldn’t.

The bathrooms have all been updated and look really clean and nice. The beds were super comfy. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was good. Loved that it had room service! Also great they had secure parking and the pool looked great for summer.

The restaurant was on the older side. Didn’t feel super clean. The room felt a little cramped in but was fine.
