Location was excellent with easy access to the places I needed to go. The apartment was clean, spacious and pleasantly appointed. My stay was brief so I did not use the complex facilities. The lady in Reception was friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Power board/USB ports for charging devices next to the bed would have been better than having to disconnect the bedside lamp and digital clock to access the power points. I managed to lift the stove top cooker down from the top of the fridge but struggled to put it back, so would have preferred that it was left on the benchtop.

Good location, plenty of parking. Room was clean and tidy, and more than comfortable enough for a one-night stay. WiFi worked fine. Large, well-equipped communal kitchen and dining area, which we got to enjoy for ourselves since occupancy was light on the night we stayed. In case you need it, the on-site laundry facilities were a lifesaver for me as I was about to run out of fresh clothes, and even better the reception lady kindly provided laundry powder for free.

The room was a bit small and facilities aren't the newest, but can't really complain for the price. The communal areas help offset this somewhat.

Upper stairs with no hand rails on stairs for support,or none slip strips to stop you from falling if wet. need designated area away building for smokers can smellng smoke coming into rooms .Hot in room need wall mounted fans &aircon can't reach the rooms from dinning area.,the exhaust fan in bathroom making noise couldn't use.

Clean, large apartment, with kitchen supplies and large refrigerator but no stove. Bathroom fine, nice towels. Second-floor unit had balcony. Very comfortable. Walkable to downtown Geraldton.

Florescent lighting, but not strong enough for reading. Be aware that this isn't quite a hotel, with Reception only open during business hours and just 3 hours a day on weekends.

We only booked for one night prior to Abrolhos' cruise. Reception is super friendly and helpful. Room very clean, bed was comfy and shower good pressure . We had tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were told we could use the downstairs lounge and the kitchen if we needed to. Washers and dryers are complimentary in the laundry. Overall, it is really great value

We liked the affordability, location, and both the hotel and room facilities. Very comfortable stay and will most definitely stay here again. Our needs and requirements (on this trip) were meet more than satisfactorily at Sails. Thanks Sails, our experience was absolutely great, especially after such a long drive (approx 20hrs in car), we did check in after hours which was no hassle to us or your team and we didnt have to do anything other than take our bags inside and start to unwind and relax, that was absolutely awesome for us, we will be back again!!😀

No major dislikes......although, as a larger plus size woman, I did find the toilet in our 1 bedroom apartment was a bit of a tight squeeze between the hand basin benchtop and the toilet paper dispenser/wall!! I guess there is not alot that can be done about this problem on the hotel's part......but, more can be done on my part.....like maybe a little weight loss could help with that problem hahaha 😜 Otherwise no dislikes guys....keep up the great work 👍

The room we had was upstairs which put us on edge. Once we got inside to the room, the space provided was excellent and bathroom and kitchen added to the quality of the room. The lounge area too provided good relation and the pool was great. We only stayed here for one night but would have been very happy to stay longer

The room was very tidy. The facilities are complete and can cover the basic needs of daily life. Perfect for a short trip of a few days.

The quilt was a bit thick for the weather at the end of September. If it is completely covered, it will feel a little hot; if it is not covered, it will feel a little cold.

Clean comfortable room. Staff are great.

The room I was in, (all other rooms I've stayed in there have been fantastic) the shower was very hot and took a long time to figure out how to get the right temperature. Not a deal breaker but a lot of water wastage trying to sort it out.

The room 21 needs attention to the doors Both entry and bathroom doors need soft buffers as the rattle quit loud with outside wind pressure change making the doors move Your staff did temporarily repair to entrance door, that stopped the rattle. The door also needs a permanent bottom of door extension to stop the cold daft coming under the door. ( 25 mm door gap )
