Waking up each morning to the sounds, sights and smells of the bush. Beautifully decorated bedroom, well designed bathroom, outstanding public areas, lounge, dining room, patio… all accessible and inviting for guests to enjoy. Continental buffet breakfasts with an extensive choice of designer home made breads, honey from the property’s bees, and other condiments from Margaret River’s Berry Farm. The hosts Dirk and his wife have created a relaxed and welcoming ‘home from home’ atmosphere, charmingly aided by Bonnie the ‘doodle’? cross.

Longer staying guests might appreciate some drawer space in the bedroom, possibly by the bedside or under the TV.

Pam and Dirk are such a nice host. They made us feel like home. Dirk provided us resourceful information about Margaret River areas, which were very useful for us to arrange day trips to those suggested places. I also liked homemade bread Pam made ☺️

It would be great if a small cornor of kitchenette is provided; something like a microwave would be useful. Besides this, we love everything about this place.

Everything! The room was very spacious and comfortable. Spoilt for choice with breakfast as there was so many breads, jams, cereals etc to choose from. You can have a cooked breakfast if you preferred at a small charge, but you need to pre order this from the provided sheet in your room the night before. The property was very quiet and appears to be in the middle of the bush and off the beaten track but is actually just off Caves Road. It was a pleasure to hear the birds ever morning. Dirk the owner was very friendly and greeted us by name when he saw us - a real pleasure. He was helpful in suggesting places to visit and was very happy to answer any questions we had about the area.

Nothing at all

Great location near Margaret River, bush setting, comfy rooms looking out on the bush garden, clean, homely, friendly owners, nice continental breakfast with lots to chose from.

Not the owners fault, but being charged an International Booking Fee by Booking.com when the accomodation was booked on line iwithin Australia. You can get a much better deal by contacting Margaret River Bed & Breakfast direct. Booking, com would not refund the fee. Poor business practice as I will never use Booking.com again!

Wide variety of continental options served in a cosy, scenic dining area. Thoughtfully appointed room with Chromecast, electric blankets, plenty of power points and huge well appointed bathroom with twin sinks and a double spa.

Not enough pats with their cute puppa Bonnie! :) Seriously though, couldn't fault the amenities or service.

Pam and Dirk are two lovely hosts who care deeply about the place as well as the guests' experience. The B&B is in a quiet, peaceful setting with beautiful plants and gardens outside. Inside, it is kept very clean, feels homely and the rooms are superb! Also the buffet breakfast was amazing, featuring home-made bread and honey which is also made on the property!

I'm being picky here but the pillows were a bit hard for my liking. Otherwise I have nothing to criticise!

It feels like a bubble in nature, you birds, kangaroos. You have privacy in your room. It is a quiet and relaxing place. It is spotless, actually, it is cleaner than most hotels in Margaret Rivet Region. The owners are very lovely and always happy to give tips to look around. The breakfast is royal with free handmade bread and a lot of choices of fresh products. They are making honey which is excellent as well.

I liked everything.

The quiet area in the bush meant it was a get-away-from-it-all. If it had been warmer, we would have enjoyed sitting on the verandah with a drink but it was too windy and cold.

Having to take our shoes off at the front door was not a big deal but it could be for someone else. The owner brought his dog into the breakfast area during breakfast. The dog was young and active - which could upset some people who don't particularly like dogs.

Fantastic peaceful location, exceptional accommodation, The hosts Pam and Dirk had thought of everything, right down to wine glasses and bath salts. The breakfast was delightful, every bread, cerial you could ask for, fruit, yoghurt, teas, beautiful coffee. Dirk was also a wealth of local knowledge.
