We had an incredible stay at Josephine's and loved the Victorian themed room we stayed in. It was impeccably clean and maintained and is a credit to the owners/operators. Often properties look tired after time but this was definitely not the case. It was also nice and quiet. The complementary continental breakfast items (local wood fired bread - yummm) were great for a bite to eat in the morning as well as coffee from the Nespresso machine, before heading out for the day. The fruit bowl and chocolates in the communal lounge were also welcomed at the end of the day when returning home a little peckish. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the port on offer each night. We will definitely return to try out the other themed rooms.

We loved everything

The inside of the accommodation is gorgeous Areally nice change from the norm . We were treated to Lindt chocolates on the way to our room . Luxury furniture lined the sitting room , Breakfast was supplied in the way of amazing fresh loaves of bread delivered for a lovely breakfast each morning and fresh orange juice The room was lovely , the bathroom was huge with a lovely rain showerhead . The bed was huge and so comfortable we slept so well . The location was excellent with a few minute walk into the Main Street .

Yet another great stay at this fabulous establishment. You can't go wrong when booking here. It is the perfect location for a small boutique luxury accommodation place. And when I say luxury, I mean luxury. Josephine's is a go-to for us when visiting Margret River. There is plenty to choose from, but we love this place's amenities and friendliness. Daily fresh bread, homemade muesli, juice and milk you really don't need much more. Every room has a great theme, but our favorite remains the Gatsby suite. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one and thank you Cheryl and the team for doing so as we are looking forward in our next visit this Easter !

Excellent location for accommodation in Margaret River. There is lots of accommo options in "Margs" but so many are out of town meaning you have to drive in for dinner, shopping etc. This place is right in the action, set back from the main strip but very quiet. Nice continental breakfast provided, with quality cutlery and ancillaries... even port and chocolates left out on return from dinner. Lovely lounge/library area and charming and helpful hosts - restaurant recommendations were excellent! Superbly comfortable and large bed with quality linens... highly recommend this B&B

There is no view from the room, but this wasn't a problem for us as we out sightseeing etc., most of the time.

I loved the brilliantly decorated rooms & the small quality of life additions that are included with your stay! Our room included a heat lamp in the bathroom, as well as a pre-stocked fridge with juice & milk and daily fresh bread deliveries, whereas the common area had free fruit, chocolates & drink. Cheryl was a lovely host, and was eager to help us out in whatever way she could :) The location is perfect, as the property is within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, and within a short driving distance of most of Margaret River's activities.

Boutique hotel where you are made to feel special . The team are very helpful and friendly and make you feel part of their family . Special call out to Larry who was so helpful and gave us some great touring and dining options. Each room is gorgeously decorated and has a period sophisticated feel. The rooms all have a kitchenette and breakfast options are provided freshly each day in the room- fresh baked bread , muesli, milk etc . There is also a great coffee machine in each room with a milk frother. Great location with everything literally on your doorstep and a 3 minute walk to the town centre. Margaret River Town is the ideal location, located in the centre of this region.

Loved everything

Discretely located in a very central area, Josephine's offers an elegant and comfortable experience.. Our suite, although compact, was beautifully appointed with good storage room (often a problem in other places we stayed). We appreciated the daily fresh bread delivered to our door, together with all other provisions for a good, in-room continental breakfast. There is a lovely guest sitting room, with fresh fruit and port for sampling. A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into creating an authentic feel to the themed suites.

We loved everything.

We loved the whole experience from the moment we were greeted by Cheryl. Thank you for a beautiful stay. We love the elegant styling of the Napoleon room with the special little touches and attention to detail which make such a difference. From the fresh loaf of bread each afternoon to the gorgeous cheese board we enjoyed with pre dinner drinks.Thank you Cheryl for your hospitality, we will definitely be back to stay with you again.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

The host cheryl was absolutely amazing and kind. She organised a birthday cake and balloons for me on my actual birthday. House keeping services offered everyday. Coffee machine in the room, breakfast provided every morning(we are not big on bread and cereals but this was amazing if you love them) , fridge was also always stocked with milk, juice and cold water. Recommendations to restaurants and places to visit was absolutely helpful!! Tv with Netflix account and YouTube(convenient for all youngsters or couples) , an iPad in each room to use. Detail in each room was phenomenal. We were offered late checkout on the day of our checkout as there were no guests arriving on the day.

No bath tub in Victorian room. This is unfortunately not shown on photos from booking.com. when booking. This accommodation is not very well advertised and not many people know of this beautiful place!

Perfect location in the centre of Margaret River, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also very close to the national park walks along the river. An easy drive to the nearby attractions of the wineries, beaches, lighthouses and caves. We really appreciated the high end appliances and attention to detail in the rooms. The daily fresh bread and (real) milk was a treat.
