The hotel had very easy check in experience and allowed check in even if the reception wasnt open Breakfast was great, lot of options and in very nice environment Hotel was close to the main road and easily accessible

Some parts of the hotels furniture was a bit tired. It didnt cause as many issues but might be good to do some repairs as one of our beds wasnt really fully comfortable It would be great if the room had for example means to at least prepare coffee/tea

We arrived during the afternoon break so there was no one there to greet us. However, we were furnished with very helpful instructions in advance about where to park, how to get our key and how to connect to the internet. It all went very smoothly. The breakfast was very nice with an exceptionally attentive, friendly and helpful lady who fixed us breakfast.

Although the towels were clean and plentiful they were a bit worn around the edges.

The owner met us after-hours, during closed days for the hotel/restaurant. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great, and we were offere take-away packing, to not waste what remained of our breakfast. This is the sort of place we LOVE staying while traveling. The resraurant was very charming and detailed decor.

Bed was very comfortable, the view from the window was wonderful. It was very peaceful and the breakfast was large and very enjoyable. This was a very comfortable stay in what was just suppose to be a place to split our journey.

Very nice hotel in the center of Bischofshofen. Great food (breakfast as well as al carte) and professional service. Spacious and very clean room. Beautiful castle with birds show (falcons and eagles) nearby worth visiting. Certainly a place for another stay.

Breakfast was excellent and laid out for me before I arrived in the dining room. Appreciated that it was available before 8am on a Sunday as I had a train to catch. Very convenient for the station (about five minutes' walk). Ate dinner in the restaurant which was excellent too.

Briefly woken up by some other guests noisily returning (I guess) from a bar at 3:30am -- but this was not the hotel's fault!

Staff gave clear instructions on how to check in after the front desk closed earlier on a Saturday. Walking distance to some supermarket. Big room with comfy bed. The parking spot was just right at the hotel entrance.

Hotel without lift. And I have to carry my heavy luggages all the way up to 3rd floor by stairs.

Pleasant room with view of mountains and church tower. Generous breakfast served beautifully.

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Thursdays, and I had to let myself in using a lock box. And having had the wonderful breakfast it was disappointing that I couldn't dine there.

Pleasant place in the centre of Bischofshofen close to walking tracks or to the shopping area in necessary. Considering the location surprisingly quiet. Just be careful - the food smells and tastes more than good :)

The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. Location perfect, right in center. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Particularly helpful if you travel with bicycles as we did.
