It really was a great room with a great bed sitting right across the street from the old part of the city. The room had was on the floor above the bar/restaurant and was a big room that was super clean. Great shower with very hot water and great shower pressure too!

Check in and checkout. Probably could have used some information in regards to both of those. When first arrived - no one was there and in a few minutes that was resolved. Checking out - probably needed some help on that one that knew I had prepaid.

The staff was very friendly. We came in late, but that was no problem! We had a beautiful view on the church next to us. The room was very spacious.

Feedback for staff: One of the windows could not be fully covered by the curtains. The shower shampoo - pump fell off.

Great on site restaurant and we happened upon “steak night” so had a great meal. Fantastic location next to the old town, so we had a look around. Private parking was available and the WiFi was good. Lovely friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

No breakfast available. The off street parking was very tight and limited for space but this is to be expected in a town centre hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Walls are thin, gets noisy early in the morning when people and staff start moving around. May not be for you if you are a light sleeper. This is the case with many older buildings and hotels in Austria though.

Loved our stay at this little hotel. The room was an excellent size, the beds were comfortable and we had a lovley view of the mountains from our bedroom window.

It had no tea or coffee making facilites.

Great little town, good location, easy check in over phone in English.

Right next to a church bell tower. If you don't like hourly bell tolls, it might not be for you.

The hotel is located close to almost everything in Bludenz - the bakery, city center, train station and hiking trails are all nearby. The check in and check out process was smooth despite us having checked in on an off day and checked out during the siesta time. The owners were kind enough to hold our baggage after checkout while we took off on a hike; we were able to retrieve it without issues afterwards.The staff are friendly and helpful; the service is excellent. The room was clean and serviced on the second day of our stay (we did not request this but it was a pleasant suprise). Our room faced the church and the main road, and we could hear church bells until 1am in the morning and again starting shortly before 7 am. The room tends to get a bit warm during the summer, so we slept with the windows slightly open to benefit from the occasional cold spell after the rains. The owner recommended some wonderful hiking trails/day trip ideas that made our trip to Vorarlberg worth it. We also received and made full use of a complimentary guest card for the region. The restaurant stays open for guests on Mondays, and although we found the food to be pricey, and the portions to be small; the seasonally available cold chanterelle was delicious. Had a memorable stay here.

The hotel is beautiful. I loved my room and the view to the mountains. Everyone was super nice! And the location is key for visiting Blundez. Amazing!

Stayed only 1 night and really enjoyed it. Great staff makes the difference. Convenient to everything, excellent restaurant. Easy on site parking

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The view of the room was breathtaking! If you like great quality food for a devent price, than the restaurant is a must try!!!

Unfortunately the road is quite busy and loud. The room was not properly cleaned and would need a bit of refurbishment.
