Modern and very convenient accommodation. Very easy check-in, everything was very well prepared, clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was sufficient enough and definitely worth to add it to our booking (we would do it again) and we really liked the fact that there were products from the local farmers.

It was a bit of coincidence, but we arrived on rather hot day and when we wanted to make some fresh air in the night, we noticed that the field nearby was just manured. The queueline for self check-in upon our arrival - again just a coincidence, because we arrived the exact time as at least three other groups and some of them were doing booking on the spot which took ages (no worries with reservation via booking it was super fast and smooth and after few clicks we were in). We have not seen anyone queueing since that moment. Those are just few minorities that did not ruin our stay at all. I would choose this place again, especially because none of it was actually the fault of the hotel.

This is a hotel just off the Motorway, so very handy for those who are just making a stopover for a night. For this purpose this hotel is more than suitable. Extremely clean and well-equipped, mosquito net on the windows, possibility to sit out in the "garden". The room was spacious enough, absolutely clean and we had all we needed for a sleep over. The bathroom was also clean and toiletry provided. The staff was really helpful, on arrival the lady helped with self-check in. Parking is free and enough. So absolutely nothing to complain about. Will stay again if in this direction.

Nothing to beef about. Of course one should be aware that this is a hotel off the motorway and not a 5 star hotel in a city or holiday resort. So the above opinion is compared to this type and similar hotels.

Smart Liv'In is offering perfect solution for a pause during a long trip or even to spend couple of days in Vienna vicinity for visiting or even for business purpose. It is 2 minutes from the highway. It is very clean, extremely simple and well organized, new furniture and gear with all what you need. Big advantage is that you can check in even late night hours and inside you have access to drinks, snacks , coffee and a quiet and modern environment. Table Wines and house-made products are also part of offer. Congrats for the business model and the way was implemented !

Unfortunately I could not wait for the breakfast time, I had to go earlier. The room was nice enough but I reached there in the evening and lest in the early morning, so not so much side seeing:)). The room was not big but offered all I needed for a night of passing by. Bathroom was good and I enjoyed a shower on arrival. Also it is a nice system, to get all you need from the front door. No personnel, no arguments. Just type in your name and get the bill and the room key. On your way out just drop the key card in a hole and that would be it. The only problem I see is if you remember that you forgot something in the room and you already dropped the card... there is no way to get in the hotel again. I did not see any ring or bell or something to get somebody to come and open the doors for you. But it was interesting.

Not much to write here. I did not stay long enough to see the negative parts. I hope there are none.

It was very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Everything worked well. The room, the bathroom was excelent. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was fast and good. Parking was easy, there were a lot of space. The owner lady was very kind and friendly.

Every morning (before 8 o'clock!) we woke up because the cleaning women, who spoke so loudly on the corridor in front of my room. They cleaned the room very noisy and very early, so we couldn't sleep. The last morning they knocked om the door at 8 o'clock, to come in to cleaning! It was the last mornimg, so we could sleep until10, if they would have let us sleeping!

The whole concept is brilliant. Check-in works smoothly and once inside the building, all necessary information is displayed on a big screen next to the reception desk. The room and the bath were really clean, the bed and the pillows very comfy. Well located just along the highway, yet quiet and surrounded by green. Good breakfast. In few words, just perfect.

Amazing suite with kitchen. All appliances are new. Kitchen ware was of great quality. The room and the bathroom are spotless clean. Fridge/refrigerant are big enough. Coffee is tasty ;)

No A/C and it was around 32C outside, so the night was hot. However, I stayed here before with the weather being "normal" or "cold", and the units were super warm and nice.

Excellent location for travelers by car, situated nearby the highway. Great parking, very operative system with the hotelomat, very operative assistance by phone ( considering the late hour of arrival), good food at breakfast and nice personnel. The room and bathroom very clean, big bed, very comfortable. A great choice for people in transit .

Brand new hotel near main highway to Wien, clean, modern and comfortable. Easy and fast self check-in/check-out procedure. Great breakfast. Free parking in a front of the hotel. Competitive pricing

There was a full American soccer team who came by bus staying in the hotel same night, so they were virtually everywhere. The night was still quite though.

- nice rooms, very clean and comfortable - close to the highway but no noise - breakfast is fantastic, especially compared to what you usually find in side of the highway, self check-in hotels. - the location, perfect for resting while crossing Europe from east to west

having reached the hotel at 2am, I was not able to pay at the self check-in machine with a Visa Premier card from an European bank. Fortunately I had another card, a Mastercard one, and it worked. But this can put you in a very troublesome situation.
