The hotel is in a very good location, very good base for exploring the Wachau region. Safe and quiet area of the town, walking distance to town center. Private parking, although not very big, but lots of public parking available nearby (paying though). The hotel is in a very good condition, everything very clean. Very kind owners and staff. Breakfast OK.

Rooms without air conditioning. We were there during heat wave in August and it wasn't very pleasant. It would be also nice if the hotel had at least a bar to buy some drinks during the day and in the evening. It has quite nice terrace/garden for sitting outside but no drinks... And it can be difficult to find a working store in Austria to buy anything on Sundays or holidays...

We had a very nice welcome from Stephanie when we arrived after a long bike ride along the Danube. Stephanie took the time to show us where we were on a map, recommend restaurants and even made us a drink. Breakfast was really good and served in a lovely dining room. The hotel provided safe storage for our bikes.

Location is excellent, good for exploring Wachau valley. However, the best thing about this place is breakfast and service. Absolutely spectacular, and great value for money. Great selection of most breakfast items and a la carte hot items. Truly enjoyed our short stay here.

The staff were great, the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and parking was easy.

It was well-placed for the Danube cycle route and Krems itself, and offered a very comfortable overnight stay and good breakfast.

Very nice hotel which has been fun by a family for generations. Big rooms, great breakfast, and above all a friendly staff.

We arrived rather late but the reception was still open. Our room was perfect and quiet. We could not find anything to grumble about, there was everything there for breakfast that one could wish for, No one should find fault in this hotel and the price was agreeable.
