This is an automated hotel without reception. You check in digitally and have a card to get to your room. Rooms and building in general are surprisingly well done - everything is new, clean and of good quality. It is perfect for solo traveler.

The toilet and bathroom section have no door. Toilet itself has a glass door and is not sealed. This is ok for one-person traveler, but a couple can feel discomfort.

conveniently placed, automatic contactless check in. modern nice, clean room. nespresso coffee/tea is a very nice touch

breakfast is expensive, though it was delivered to the doorstep. probably better option would be to use the provided discount in a bakery nearby

Modern, self-check-in hotel. I personally liked that I was not monitored by the reception every time I came and go, since there was no reception.:) Very good soundproofing in the rooms, very modern, nice design. Nespresso Machine with coffee and tee. There is a vending machine with soft drinks, chocolate, beer on the 1st floor. Parking is easy. Restaurant, Supermarket, Bakery is in walking distance. Pet friendly, no extra charge for pets which is awesome!

checkin needs to be done via a machine that was not working when we arrived. called the service number and the person answering was very impatient and annoyed by our request for help. it took ages to fix the problem and complete the checkin. due to the bug the rooms where not allocated to the correct names, which is a problem when on duty trip (invoice, etc). furthermore due to the system down no breakfast was served to us although we had booked it.

Clean and modern.

On enquiring where to get breakfast I was told via email it was clearly sign posted and straight opposite the entrance to hotel. After walking around and not able to find breakfast place I went back to the room to find that they deliver breakfast to your door.

Does the job - all clean and quite.

It’s not a hotel you want to hang out at. Also it’s quite annoying to see that they offer a cheaper price on the check-in terminal (there is no personnel) compared to the price you’ve payed on booking.com (in my case just hours before)

I definitely like this hotel, everything is very easy, comford, new and well done for my test. I often driving true Austria and always book this nice property. Absolutely recommended 👌

Room was very nice and new.

It is a little hard to make the check in. The reservation number needed for the Automatic display is Not the reservation number from Booking.com. They should avoid this using a name maybe. Also after you get an access card there is no signed how to use it when you need to enter the hallway once you get out of the elevator. For hot line there is a schedule that is limited to an late hour. But not if you need help at 23.00

Clean, nice modern design, late check in possible, easy, no hustle. We liked it , transit passing with overnight stay this hotel was very good choice, and more reasonable in prices

I would have enjoyed softer mattress but this is personal preference.

The room was modern and it was a new experience to be in a hotel without any people in lobby

There is minimum privacy with toilet when you are staying not alone. The beds were too soft therefore we had bag pain in the morning
