I would rate this hotel not with 10,but with 20.The receptionists were all kind,the woman from the kitchen also very polite asking us all the time if it was everything ok,do we need something more.The breakfast was very rich and there was no way something to have less.The room was very spacious,clean,with AC,big bathroom.There was coffee machine Nesspresso for free to make coffee.The location was more than excellent.In the heart of the center.The building was very beautiful.They let us to park our motorbike inside for free.All in one we were very very satisfied.

We stayed for one night only but it was all perfect. I really liked the place it looks also very cosy! Very clean room and super easy check-in. The staff was very helpfull and friendly at all times. Parking in front of the hotel was super easy and free of cost on Saturday night.

If to mention anything, there was no feasible breakfast. BUt closeby there a re a few cafes.

-nice old but renovated building in the heart of the town -big room (junior suite) -parking -we arrived very late at the hotel but they left the key for us as we arrived late, they let us stay in longer (late check out) -good beds -very quiet location (no noise from the street in the hotel)

-there was no water or other drinks in the minibar (minibar was empty) -the bathroom doesn’t give you the luxurious feeling the room gives you when you enter it -if you want your room to be fully dark, this is not the case in the junior suite

Stylish, both modern and historical, super comfortable accomodation. It is literally in the city center, close to everything. Great attention to details. Loved the provided high quality creams, gels. The room had a perfect temperature. Breakfast had good range, high quality. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Professional staff, efficient and excellent in every detail.

The room was comfortable. Nice size too. Coffee was in the room, which was great. Also there was a good breakfast! I am glad I chose to get breakfast each day. There were also good restaurant options nearby.

The WiFi was not good. As I was on business I needed better WiFi but calls and video calls dropped out regularly which was very frustrating.

Location was pretty nice. Having paring space in their own parking lot in the inner part of hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing and tasty. The room was perfectly clean and big.

As I saw that guest weren't there just from Austria, the English and being communicative from receptionists would be nice id it would improve.

There was not anything not to like!

The receptionist was really nice and attentive, overall a great experience.

I was confused that our bathroom did not have a door, no one told us about it. It didn't bother me but I was pretty confused. My friend didn't like the pillows because they were too hard but for me it was perfect.

There is good parking in the hotel yard. The breakfast is plentiful, the staff is very kind. There are excellent hiking opportunities nearby.

Breakfast can be enjoyed at café-style tables, they are not really comfortable, they don't have a tablecloth on them.

Wonderful ancient, but renovated building, super room even with a sitting room and a library. Central location, on the main walking street. Everything is nice, tasteful, clean, good to look at. The place has atmoshere, we will come back.

The breakfast was very poor, especially with Austrian measures. We had a common balcony with the neighbor, he was permanently smoking there.
