Amazing experience all round! The room was incredible- really spacious, clean, excellent views with everything we needed in there. The bed was also incredibly comfy (important after a busy sight seeing day!). The balcony was spacious with seating overlooking the Hahnenkamm! The communal areas were clean and well maintained, with comfy seating in the large reception area for those wanting to sit and rest or to enjoy the bar. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and met our every need. Every one of them were friendly, no matter what time of day and always happy to help with any requests and questions. The buffet breakfast was ideal with a good range of foods and drinks, with something for everyone, in a very relaxed atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect for access into the town in less than a five minute walk. It is close to all of the main attractions and amenities and for in the winter, ski lifts. Bikes, ski’s and activity equipment can be hired locally, making this an ideal location for all sorts of trip types. There is a lake about a mile out of town, which in the warmer months is perfect to swim, sunbathe and to enjoy the lake side bars and cafes. It’s family friendly too with a children's lido and water slide and diving platform. We’ve visited in the winter on a previous trip and is beautiful to stroll around and watch the curling. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a five minute walk of the hotel with a good range and reasonably priced. We had our sun cream taken off use at the airport but was able to replace it there for less than 5 euros. The main train station in about a 20minute walk away from the hotel or a 10 Euro taxi ride. There is a smaller station at the Hahnenkamm, however, not all trains stop here. There are buses which run through the town. This was the first time we have used this hotel and will definitely be returning and already can’t wait for our next trip! 5⭐️

Immediately felt very welcomed by staff and loved the cozy stylish lobby lounge. The room was a perfect size and well decorated. I loved the balcony. The location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the gondola for skiing and few minutes into the pedestrians center. The heated floors in the bathroom were very nice also.

I have no complaints other than I wish they lit the fireplace in the lobby lounge. Also I wish the restaurant served a la carte. The food looked great but I didn't want a 4 course meal.

We loved the food and everyone was kind. The location was excellent for skiing.

It would have been nice to know we needed dinner reservations everywhere and the concierge was not very helpful with that. We were unable to eat out without them.

good location, 5 mins walk from lift. great service, stuff was friendly and helpful. good sauna, where I go after skiing . fresh fruits on breakfast and good options variety. I would like to come back .

Helpful staff and nice room with a balcony and wonderful views. We enjoyed the dinners and breakfasts and the comfy bar area. Easy walk to town.

Occasional street noise and not much lighting in the room - not major issues

Hotel was very nice. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Great lobby to hang out in. Helpful staff though everynow and then we had a miss with the communication. Wonderful location.

Entertaining New Year’s Eve party - DJ was exceptional! Friendly and helpful staff.

fantastic atmosphere created by the lovely staff who were warm and engaging and nothing was a problem to them and they made you feel so welcome

the room was a shame the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the curtains didn’t cover the full window which disturbed your sleep

Comfortable rooms, traditional Tyrolean style furniture throughout the hotel. Buffet breakfast is exceptionally good with something for everyone.

Their is nothing I could criticise about this hotel.
