Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Funky bar. Spa facilities are lovely.

The room was very warm & there was a lot of road noise/people coming home .. making it difficult to sleep. When we went to the rooftop pool it was closed, had to wait in the cold in our dressing gowns for 20mins for it to be opened. Mentioned that we were disappointed to receptionist and they apologised and virtually shrugged their shoulders. The pool is open for 2 hours a day, so 20 mins is a big chunk of this.

Modern and spacious room with all the needs. Continental breakfast containing typical (enough) food, could be better to add some more vegetables. Special thanks to LEON at the front desk that was extremely helpful with advise and directions. Parking is most of the time behind the hotel, and sometimes kind of "valet" when they park your car somewhere else. Will consider to stay again if we will arrive to Kitzbuhel.

The room was on the 1st floor and did not have a view. It was excessively hot and room temp could not be regulated. Otherwise good room spacious and new same for the bathroom. Restaurant in the hotel was one of the best in town and very expensive. No other options if you wanted to eat at the hotel. Some of the Staff at reception was not very helpful, when trying to find other options to eat.

Fantastic breakfast, actually the best on our trip. The breakfast staff were pleasantly withdrawn but very attentive. Prosecco on arrival witch was nice after a long drive from Croatia <3 The swimming pool on the roof top that we had (almost) completely to ourselves was also an amazing experience. Cozy restaurant with a little bit of a classy vibe, which is sometimes nice(the salmon had potential). Perfect for sharing a bottle of wine and have some drinks. Hahnenkammbahn 5 minutes away uphill.

lovely hotel . staff are friendly and helpful , big rooms , very clean and beds are really comfortable. Really appreciated the glass of Prosecco on arrival . Not far from ski lifts - if walking 10 mins but there is a bus service at the back of hotel if you’d rather take transport although on the way back it goes around the houses so better to walk back . Would recommend the spa . Definitely stay here again 😊

The location is great, right in the center of Kitzbühel. You can get to a ski lift by foot in only a couple minutes. Also, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel.

I’m also not a fan of valet parking, where you have to leave the key at the reception. I wouldn’t go there if I wanted to use my car regularly. Charging daily for a small dog is a joke in my opinion.

Adults only setting provided quiet location to relax/vacation. The location was excellent. Rooms had a porch overlooking the mountains and were spacious. Hotel was within walking distance to ski rentals and lifts. Hotel staff were courteous and provided excellent customer service. Bar/restaurant staff were excellent. Quality of the food served at bar & restaurant was excellent. I will return to Schwarzer Adler for my next ski vacation.

location was great, the room was spacious, excellent cleaning, good breakfast, very helpful staff, the spa area very good, excellent restaurant, underground parking with option to charge my car, room has new generation of smart TV so we can mirror our phone and watch our favourite programmes, good communication before arrival to clarify all our needs.
