This is a truly exceptional hotel. This was our first time staying here but we met many guests who had been regular visitors for 20 or 30 years. This hotel has been family-run for 2 generations and Michael and Claudia were wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome and were so attentive to our every need. The hotel is beautiful and kept in pristine condition. The traditional, cosy bar area with open fire was lovely and in contrast to the very modern and excellent spa/wellness centre. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was also a highlight with 5 delicious courses and a fantastic cheese board with 20 or more cheeses! A perfect stay and we will be back!

My stay at this alpine-style hotel was exceptional. Just a few steps away from the city center, its warm, family-owned atmosphere made me and my dog feel right at home. The cozy decor and incredible food added to the charm. Dinners were exceptional, variating from local to international cuisine. The staff's kindness extended to helping me explore the beautiful hiking trails, making the experience even more enjoyable. Michael and the staff were amazingly hospitable and attentive to our every need. This pet-friendly gem is a true find, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

Don't know where to start! :) We've had a great time at the Haldenhof. + Hotel is nicely renovated in the alpine style, spotlessly clean. + Our room (junior suite) was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. + The hotel owners and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and hospitable. They really go an extra mile to make their guest feel welcome and comfortable. + Food (half board) was delicious, with 6 course dinner, mix of unconventional & traditional touches, nicely served! Breakfast was was also very good, with a nice selection of fresh products. + Bar (with a terrace) offers a great ambiance and a good selection of cocktails and other beverages. + Location is great, central + Wellness area is also very pleasant and relaxing

The location is good, hotel was so nice, well decorated and comfotable. The staff was amazing, they were so kind, helpful and cheerfull. The room was clean and breakfast was good and the dinner was very delicious. if I visit Lech again this hotel will be my first choice again

It is a beautifully appointed guesthouse with a world class restaurant and exceptional service!

It was a little rigid & formal at times but that is preferred over the alternative.

excellence still exists - service is top - Professional, eye for details, fantastic food, great wine list… location is just great - every room is cosy and well equipped - great for day hikes in the summer

This was a wonderful hotel run by a lovely family!! The staff was amazing!! The food was amazing!! All of our meals were incredible! I hope to return someday!!!

Charming hotel, not too big, not too small, decorated with attention to detail. Excellent location on a side road, but five minutes on foot to town center. Exceptional staff and world-class service. Evening tasting menu is absolutely to be recommended, there were real gems there. The nature in Lech and its surroundings is like from a picturebook, almost unreal.

Wonderfully warm reception from Rebecca at reception. Cosy room with lovely bathroom and shower etc. Supremely comfortable bed and bedding. Plenty to recommend here.

Really liked the room, the location of the hotel and the cleanliness Very nice staff, very helpful , welcoming and polite. When we wanted to call a taxi the owner offered to bring us himself with his car . 🙏
