The room was quite big with enough storage space, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. You also get a beautiful view from the breakfast area on the Danube and surrounding hills.

Maybe that was the location of my room next to the elevator, but the sound isolation could have been better. The hotel is also further from the city center than I expected, which is okay when you travel by car, but getting there with public transport was a quest. However, if you're not in hurry and travel super-light, it's a nice 20' walk along the river promenade. And honestly, I miss times when hotels used to have small kettles for making tea or coffee in the room and breakfast was included in the price.

We took superb room and it has a nice river and inner yard view. I liked the wellness and terrace where you could rest after your journey. Rooms are well planned and cozy. Also hotel is pet friendly and there are plenty of people with dogs, I love it.

We asked for the baby cot but hotel ran out of them, what is absolutely fine, but in that case I would appreciate big bed and not two beds together because small space between them is where baby always was falling.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was good quite at the Danube..

The cleanin staff. A cleaning lady has entered our room while we were in bed. I put the do not disturb paper onto the door. A few minutes later she entered again. It was very unpleasent again. Some free staff like shower cap was missing in the room. No free patking place although its not in the historical centre. We parked in the street.

We arrived late at night and first had an issue with check in which could spoil our experience, however the staff acted so well to resolve the issue, that we had no hard feelings about it and got some valuable benefits as an apology as well. Breakfast was way above our expectations, diverse and tasty Room was also very nice and spacious with comfortable bed

Lovely size room, we had a superior double right down the end of a far corridor (my favourite spot). It was quiet. Bikes stored in their parking garage. Nice staff. Coffee machine in the room, had everything we needed, various tea was found downstairs. Clean.

Everyone in Austria has this awful wall mounted hand squeeze soap. Give me a pump please.

We were travelling from Greece to the Netherlands and this hotel was our stop for the night. Very nice hotel and the employees were very polite and helpful. One of the big advantages is that pets are allowed so we had no problems with our dog. Very clean place and comfortable room. Highly recommended!!

It’s a nice, comfortable transit hotel, just near highway, but pretty well protected against noise. The bed is nice and smooth, the cost is acceptable knowing that everything is pricier these days. I only stayed for a half a day, but I recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good enough and varied.

I thought I would had breakfast included when I made the reservation. Parking could be included in the room price too.

The room was clean, the beds were supremely comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We booked this hotel at the last minute, but it exceeded our expectations. They even had a place in the garage to store our bikes, which was the icing on the cake for the hotel.

It would have been nice if we could have had a place to hang our clothes, but that is very minor (it could also be we didn't see where to).

Had to change room as the highway is very loud, a the back side of the building it was very quiet and heard only the ships on the river. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

There is something wrong with the key card system - I had to go down to the reception three times to reactivate the card. Not great if you or the reception are busy. The location is a bit off from the city center but its a nice 2 km stroll along the river!

we had a good breakfast, very clean room, city center was easily accessed by public transportation and all of the staff was beyond wonderful!

truly nothing we didn’t like. it all was up to expectations. perhaps even exceeding them. great stay!
