I was surprised at the location of the hotel as it's really just steps away from the main street, promenade, and main square. The rooms are newly renovated and offer all the comfort one would want after a busy day. There's a (free) refreshment station in the lobby and an additional vending machine for soft drinks & coffee maker at reasonable prices. The breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice and you can even order your eggs a la carte. All in all a perfect choice, even if you arrive by car as the parking garage is below the hotel accessible by elevator.

Nothing really to fault.

We stayed two nights in this hotel, on our way to Hungary and back. We were really pleased with everything, the room was modern and clean, same for the bathroom. Spacious, confortable and quiet. They even give a bottle of water and coffee for free which is not so common any more in hotels. The staff was also very kind and the breakfast was gorgeous! Although it is in the city center, it is very easy to access, the parking is just next door. So if you only travel through Linz or you are there to visit, the hotel is perfect for both. The only downside is that you need to pay extra for the parking as it doesn't belong to the hotel but the stay is really worth it.

Everything is just perfect

We had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and a great location for easy access to the city centre and the river. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fridge, air conditioning, coffee machine and bottle of water all appreciated. Not large but well designed room with sufficient storage space.

Lack of a designated short stop zone for offloading luggage and checking in before finding a suitable parking spot. The only option strictly speaking is to park in the not inexpensive (24.50 for 24 hrs) Parkhaus next to the hotel.

Good location, quiet and comfortable room, good breakfast, clean hotel, all good...

Desipite I reserved hotel online, the check-in procedure required manual writing of data to check-in form. All these data I entered during online reservation and at chek in I had to rewrite it manually. This procedure caused a long que at the reception desk, my colleague waited for about an hour for check-in. The procedure should be digitalized. All the rest in this hotel is very good.

Very clean and modern. Rooms are a little small but very efficient. Breakfast excellent and was free. Staff very helpful. Recommended a good restaurant in walking distance. Parking is in a garage but if you go to the bottom of the garage there is an entrance right into the hotel. You have to drive around a bit to find the correct entrance because several hotels have entrances from same garage.

Is in downtown Linz so we had to drive through downtown traffic to get to this hotel. Once we were there it was fine.

Everything was clean, nice bed and shower, and the room for two people was not that small. I didn’t eat breakfast but it was available for around 16 euros at the hotel. it’s a small city and the distance from the hotel was about 10 minutes. One thing that intrigued me was that nobody seemed to know the touristic places around the city . I kept asking for directions and it was a nightmare. Even the front desk guy at the hotel didn’t know anything about the Linz castle, a museum that it’s worth a visit. I only stayed for two nights, so it was a quick visit.

Perfectly located hotel close to the Linz downtown. Underground parking available, though has to be paid separately (EUR 24,- per day). Standard hotel room with all necessary equipment. Everything seemed freshly renovated and clean. Stable Wi-Fi connection, VPN is supported. Very quiet, though effective, air conditioning. Good breakfast, don't forget to book it when making reservation. The nearest option to have a good meal outside the hotel was in 7min walking distance.

Nothing to add here

Located in a central position, with nice staff. It changed ownership during my stay (now it's Leonardo boutique hotel), and I had no problems whatsoever. Nice breakfast and a nice view from my room. Free apples at the reception and tea/coffee in the lobby.

Housekeeping comes early. Put a do not disturb sign outside the door if you want to sleep more.

Modern and new or renewed hotel.

1. There was a strong smoke smell in one of the rooms we received (so far I understood smoking is forbidden in this room). Once we reported the problem, we received another room. 2. The hotel has no own parking places in the public parking house located in the same yard with the hotel. The price for parking there is not cheap at all (1.50 EUR per every 30 Minutes starting with 6:00; parking over the nicht was 6 EUR so far I remember)

the location is great, right in the middle of everything. rooms were clean and comfy, really low price for the two of us, bathroom was very nice. the table was appreciated for work.

the staff was great and they spoke enough english to make everything work, just the fact that there were so many people checking in when we were arriving with only one receptionist there made us wait for like 20-25 minutes for the check in, but that's not really their fault.
