Great location near the Abby and all shops and restaurants. Clean and modern room in the historic building.

No parking near the apartment. We arrived during the event when access street was closed. So we walked with our lagage from the public parking 7 minutes.

Convenient and modern apartment just a few steps away from the town hall and the main pedestrian road in Melk. The host was responsive and kind. Getting with the car required a drive through narrow streets, but the host shared very accurate instructions and it was good to have an option to stop by the building to take out the luggages.

Easy booking and check in and out was well organised. The building had been beautifully restored and the apartment was spacious, well laid out, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and had everything we needed. The building is situated in the old town of Melk and was ideal for sightseeing and visiting Melk Abbey. Peter and Alexandra could not have been more helpful and we would like to thank them both for the kindness and help they gave us.

We found nothing to dislike or complain about.

Right in the centre of the old town. Good check in process. Was easy to follow. Excellent rooms with either a view of the Melk or overlooking the old town. Great kitchen and bathroom. Great WiFi. Plenty of restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again.

The locagion of the appartment is super. Right in the old center of Melk and near Melk Abby. The reservation and instractions were very easy and understandble. There is a free parking place very close to the appartment.

The appartment is suitable for 1 person more than for a couple. For example: Lacking of full body mirror and hanging places in the room or bathroom. The table is tiny. Not enough dishes. The room itself was a bit small. There was no were to put the suitcases.

-perfect location -very clean and well equiped - extra appreciation for the heating that worked very well and made our stay comfortable (it was needed despite the month of June would normally be a very warm one)

- the free parking near the building in 5 minute walking distance and there are not so many places , so all parkings (there are several plots) were fully occupied. the positive side ia that there are large parking places just close to the free ones, but they cost 5 euro/ day - the check out is too short, 10 am, for those who are lucky to get some long houra of morning sleep while on vacation, 10 is quite short and we got multiple knocks on the doors starting 9.45 to be made aware that cleaning actuay starts at 10 am, it was unconfortable, even if the ckeck oit policy is very clear on booking

Apartment is very comfortable - newly done up, comfortable beds, small but well equipped kitchenette

Cleaning was not up to the mark. Kitchen floor wasn’t properly cleaned - sticky and dirty. No staff available - you self check in and check out. No real way to contact and ask for help. The 1-2 members around don’t seem to understand even working English!

Overall, it was an excellent stay! We had a quiet corner with a terrace where we could smoke. Very quiet town and it was easy to have good rest. Location was superb, at the foot of the abbey and just a few steps to a bus which takes us to other towns.

It will be helpful to have floor mat in the bathroom, especially when there isn't daily housekeeping. Without a floor mat, we kept wetting the room floor.

- very clean - good facilities ( kitchen, toilets, all things) - smooth check-in and check-out (contact-less) - good location

- only parking 5 minutes walking ( not good at night because village is silent at night ) - if there is elevator will be super fine ( but can manage because stairs is very comfortable)

Very beautiful apartment, modern design, with the view of the church in the middle of old town, very close to all the restaurants and the Abbey. Sparkly clean, new furniture, great design, it had two bathrooms which it was a surprise. Very well equipped kitchen. The point of contact for the apartment was very helpful and answered all our questions. We will book there again.
