This was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we have ever had ! The staff is so kind and helpful and the hotel is so clean and modern. The pool and sauna area is clean and beautiful. We had an amazing view from our room of the Alps and our room was an apartment style with a full kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an easy going and relaxing experience!!! Would definitely visit again ❤

We’ve stayed 3 nights, it was definitely one of the best hotels I have ever been in. First - the localization just in the mountains, there are shops, restaurants around. Very easy city. Spa and swimming pool - I like that we received a bathtubs, slippers and within the spa area you could use an extra towel. There were snacks to eat, tea. Room - it was kinda apartment, there was small kitchen, fully equipped, one living room with Cozy couch, comfortable sleeping room and very modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, it was delivered to our room every single day, I really loved that. Personeel was very friendly, speaking English.

Fantastic hotel. Very warm, helpful and welcoming staff. The hotel is close to the cable car and the views are amazing. Very good inside and outside pool. Covered parking available at the hotel. Very well decorated hotel. Also they have a self service grocerie shop at the reception are with several local products to sell at a reasonable price in case you forget something or feel like a having some wine and chese. ;-p

The apartment is very nice and welcoming, with new furniture. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. But the staff was very kind. Trying to solve a unforeseen problem, they gave us an apartment on another floor. Plus they didn't charge us for that night and gave us a free bottle of wine for the trouble.

Extraordinary located (several fantastic places to visit nearby) very comfortable and friendly place. The staff is very open and helpful, a big advantage are the soundproof walls which make you feel being the only hotel guest on site. Highly recommend, will definitevly come back.

Great location, great hotel/travelhouse, and great staff. Really enjoy our stay.

The pools were quite cold, you can swim bit a few more degrees would have helped.
