The restaurant was amazing. Beautiful architecture, friendly staff, delicious food, and the most extensive and gourmet included breakfast I’ve ever seen.

We booked a 3-person room and it turned out to be a beautiful giant suite with extra gathering space and a long connected balcony. Far exceeded our expectations.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Golden Rose so much! The hotel was greatly situated in Lechaschau Reutte, very close to some of the great attractions of the area. The staff was great and extremely helpful Breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant in general offers great choice for dinner. There are lots of parking spots available which worked fine even when the hotel was full.

Tea and coffee making in room would have been nice but could be obtained in bar area downstairs

The hotel was chosen as a base to visit local attractions and was ideally located. The restaurant provided very good local food. The staff were friendly and made some very useful suggestions for things to do

We were there during a hot spell and the room would have benefited from a fan or air conditioning

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room and everything else was perfectly clean.

Wi-Fi connection via mobile device was not troubleless - there was issue with loading of login page but it worked fine on a laptop. The mattress was too soft for my comfort but that is subjective matter.

Good location. The room was clean and was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We had a beautiful view of the Alps from our room.

The Internet connection could be better.

The location was great with lovely views and the food at the restaurant was really good.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well and there was no air con in the rooms or fans and it was really warm.

Room was very good and clean. same for the bathroom. all seemed recently renovated. very good dinner and excellent breakfast. excellent accommodation, will definitely book another stay if I will be in the area.

(as a small minus point, the pillow could be a bit harder)

The staff were friendly. The location near enough to down town to walk. ski lift about 6 minutes drive the restaurant is quite nice with a a nice menu.
