Hotel Seelos

So nice people, very friendly, helpful, so clean, all the Personel were perfect especially at the restaurant Drago & Jadranka were so different and Ivanka, Antun. Sorry but I do not know the name's of the people on the reception were so nice as well.

Everything was perfect.

A beautiful building and view. The woodwork inside and outside is great. central position and the village center is in short walking distance. Friendly staff

the shower strangely is mounted so the water comes out horizontally so it makes all of the bathroom wet and hits you straight in the face instead of on the top of the head.

Lovely room. Lovely bathroom. comfortable bed. Great views. Restaurant & lounge area very nicely decorated.

Sadly they were short staffed in the restaurant - one night the soup course was not served to us, another night we ordered wine for both of us & only 1 glass of wine arrived, another time we waited over 30 minutes for our main course plates to be cleared only to be told the kitchen was closed & it was too late for dessert! The cheese had been cleared away and when I asked for some cheese I was made to feel it was my fault for being late! I’m sure this was due to lack of staff so would return to try it out again in the future.

Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Very delicious and qualitative breakfast. Room was clean. Hotel is close to the Seefeld old town/restaurants/shops.

There was no teapot in the standard room and no fridge. Very heavy room key.

The Seelos Hotel is undoubtedly one of the top choices overall for your stay in Seefeld. We had our stay there back in mid-March 2023 and although it was a one-night’s stay, we were amazed by the offered quality of services, the facilities and the staff’s friendliness and hospitality. The room (Superior Suite) was very cosy and super spacious, with ample of spaces, and of course very clean and tidy, while the view to both mountains and slopes through the terrace and balcony was amazing! The hotel’s location is certainly a great advantage, while being in a walkable distance from the center! This great view to the mountains was also visible through the breakfast’s main area, which offered the exact traditional taste, comfort and sense you would expect from an Austrian chalet. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering everything you would wish of, plus more Austrian delicacies! A big plus is also its main guests’ area, which provides a sense of warmth - something you would certainly need after a day of skiing - where you could have your drink, wine or hot chocolate while comfortably seating with your friends. Table games are also offered in this area! Overall, we found the Seelos hotel an exceptional value-for-money option, which has nothing to lose from its more expensive alternatives in the area, offering extreme comfort and quality in and outside of the room!

The Parking area might be a bit small for the amount of rooms the hotel is offering, something which might cause a small discomfort during high ski-season weekends. The good thing is there are alternative parking spaces offered as well, less than 50-100 meters from the main parking area, so this is not an issue to make you not to choose this hotel for your stay!
