Everything very good but nothing exceptional. Most staff tried to make the holiday enjoyable. Great location with easy walking into town. Both indoor & outside pool. Very good value for money. Nick the waiter remembered us from previous visits and changed our dining table for a better one.

Pillows just did not suit me. It's lost its Austrian charm since partial renovation. I have never liked the narrow glasses the beer is served in. Last orders at bar was 10:30 and lights out by 11:15. The barman did not try very hard to please. In years past Toni would keep the bar open until the last guest left.

The hotel is beautiful and is perfectly situated for access to the town centre. We chose to stay in one of the older rooms to preserve our budget and we delighted to find that this still allowed us access to the hotels now modern facilities such as the gym, spa and bar areas. After a long drive from Trento, we were relieved to be able to spend a few hours in the spa to relax and unwind before dinner 😊 Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, providing us with recommendations for food and helping us find our way around this large hotel. All other staff, in the hotel were also friendly with everyone from cleaners to chefs offering a greeting and a smile. Breakfast was amazing! I don't really need to say much more but I will. We were first offered a choice of eggs which was freshly prepared while we made our way around the rest of the buffet. The buffet offered a varied and plentiful selection; cereals, cooked items, cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cakes, fresh coffee and juices. Everything tasted amazing and we could hardly move after each visit. The breakfast staff were hard working, they were quick to get us seated and kept the tables clean. Our room was in the older part of the hotel which has not yet been refitted. We knew this when booking and paid a lower rate for it. The room was comfortable and clean with a shared balcony overlooking the town. We didn't actually spend much time in the room as we were either exploring the region or making use of the spa facilities. The spa has an indoor and outdoor pool and Jacuzzis. Both areas are large and have ample seating and beds. There is also a foot spa, IR sauna, steam room and regular sauna. The area is kept clean and is a great space to relax after a full day of exploring the area. Overall an amazing place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we return to Seefeld.

We arrived in Seefeld in the middle of a heatwave, the room had no air con so it often got very hot.

Ideally suited for the town and cross country loipes. We had 3 rooms. Two contemporary (recently refurbished) and one older traditional in the other building. Despite it being an older room, it was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Shared balcony which didn’t bother us in the winter weather. Reception, restaurant and bar staff helpful and polite with the exception of one very rude waiter who challenged us very publicly on our first evening at dinner as to why we were sitting on the table we were at? We had been shown there by another waiter who told us to sit there for the duration of our stay. Embarrassing and not a good start to the family holiday.

As above with the waiter experience. Bring your own tea bags if you like tea for breakfast. Hand soap ran out after a few days and was not replaced for 2 days and then only on request. The sauna and steam room which are naked only need seat pads to sit on for hygiene reasons. Also there is a basket for your pool towel but again it was not replaced in the rooms. Chambermaid wasn’t particularly helpful and got the impression she wasn’t happy in her work 😏

The staff were really friendly. The spa is a brilliant addition to the hotel - much better than we were anticipating with a relaxation room, sauna, pool, steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. We had a Mountain View room and it was lovely to wake up and look outside. There was a great breakfast selection and a boot room on site to store ski items.

We stayed in an economy room so weren’t expecting great things but the shower didn’t have a curtain or screen so water went all over the floor in the bathroom. We selected a double room however we were given twin beds pushed together. The hotel bar had closed by 11pm and we could not get a drink to our room.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the location was great as we could get to all the main areas with a short walk (Gschwandtkopf or the ice skating or the town or the cross country ski field) or the bus stop (for the Rosshutte), heated ski lockers, lovely outside swimming pool and hot tub. The wifi was awesome, I was able to have a work zoom call perfectly.

Crossing the road outside the hotel is a bit dangerous as its quite difficult to see what is coming

Free parking (Big saving) and hotel is easy to find. Room has a large double bed with 2 single quilts, English channels (BBC). Furniture perhaps a little past its best but perfectly acceptable. Thankfully it also has a fridge. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the mountains and village. Bathroom clean and toilet in a separate room. We stayed half board and food was outstanding both at breakfast and at the 5 course evening meal. The restaurant staff are very professional and attentive. The hotel has a very good fitness area as well as sauna, steam bath and 2 pools.

Drinks were very expensive

The staff, especially those in the restaurant were really friendly and were brilliant at chatting to our 3 year old son. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi were really enjoyable and the hotel was located in easy walking distance of the town which had lots of restaurants and a lovely walk around the lake.

The only option for food in the evening was a la carte which didn’t suit us being there with a 3 year old. There were lots of restaurants in town so I didn’t matter hugely.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the town centre and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious, comfortable with a balcony and had great views across the ski area. Nice bar and restaurant.

Although we had a large, lengthy room all of the radiators were at one end meaning the bed area was relatively cool. No ability to just turn up and eat in the restaurant in the evening unless we had already booked a fixed menu meal. No real problem though as plenty of good alternative restaurants in the town.

Room was large and comfortable with a spectacular view across Seefeld. Breakfast was good with a large choice. Some cooked food was available to order too. Hotel was within easy reach of the resorts facilities. Walking trails passed the front of the hotel and lifts were a short walk away.

Bathroom size let the room down and shower was over the bath which wasn't ideal. Parking was difficult and inadequate for size of hotel.
