A very good area; the building was old but parking inside the garden and the stuff was friendly

Parking in the backyard was good, the entrance is a bit narrow. Tram line 5 is very near, and it is nor far from the metro. They change the towels and clean the trash every day which was nice. They also offer breakfast for 15 euros pp, but it was a bit much for us. Billa and Lidl are very close to the property.

We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment. The air-conditioning is available only in one room and, as it was very hot outside, the other two rooms very pretty warm. They could have installed one more air-con for the size of that apartment. The kitchen was not properly cleaned, the oven was dirty, utensils also.

The bed was moderately comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and always went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. It was truly a pleasure to interact with them! Additionally, I was pleased that the apartments had free parking inside the yard in the garage. This was a huge relief as someone who usually struggles to find parking in busy areas. The kitchen is available for an additional charge.

I've got the apartment had some wear and tear everywhere. A floor that squeaks and deserves special awareness. I must mention that the Wi-Fi at the apartments was absolutely terrible. It constantly tried to reconnect, making the even messaging experience unbearable (forget about any web/social surfing at all). For anyone who needs to work or rely on stable internet, I would recommend bringing your own connection.

Very big appartment. 10mins by tram from the center station. Free parking. comfortable bed. Local restaurant around the corner. Quiet area. Access witin 2 mins walk to the bus, tram, metro. Friendly staff with perfect recommendation on local restaurant and best way to get around the city for 3 days (72h transport card). Interesting bathroom concept, all worked well but it’s like a plastic cubicle. 1st time I experienced it.

Kitchen room was locked, extra charge if you want to use it. We had to refill water bottles with a glass from the bathroom sink.

We've had a very large room and the most comfortable and large beds ever in an apart-hotel. Good parking possibilities for our car and very near to tram stations, made this hotel our best choice for the money. Neibourhood is safe to walk, even at night.

Cleaning was ok, but maybe can be improved a little, especially after guests which have pets. We've found some animal hair in the lobby, but noting in the bedroom or bath, so it was ok. During hot summers, the air conditioning will surely be needed, but same isn't available.

The place is perfect, 20 minutes walking distance from touristic attractions and about 10 min walk from train station that comes from airport. The hotel works 24 hours, so even if you arrive late or leave early, it is no problem. The service speaks many languages and have printed materials. Overall, great value for the price!

The coffee machine is in the room, but you have to pay for the capsules. The price is reasonable, but if you did not do it in the evening, if you wake up too early in the morning, you'll get no coffee :)

Location is very good. City center is about 15 minutes on a bike, maybe 25 with public transportation. Free parking is a perfect extra, it is very rare in Vienna. Staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was available, room was normal, clean. What I really liked is that the street was very very quiet, so we had calm and restful nights.

Breakfast was good, a bit expensive, and could have been a bit more for the price. Bathroom was small but ok, not the nicest part of the room though. The bed was big, very big actually, almost wall to wall so there was not much space left for walk between the bed and the wall. Mattress was not too comfortable.

We had a late checkin, they waited for us to arrive. The guy at the reception was kind and friendly. There was free parking, the hotel is dog friendly which is why we have chosen this place. Public transport was in walking distance.

There was some wear and tear on the furnitures but overall it was ok. Coffee machine had no capsules, you have to pay for them if you want to use them.

Great place to stay for a night in Vienna. It is not in the touristy areas of the city, but you can easily walk around, enjoy the "real" Vienna life, and visit other places, maybe not so popular, but also beautiful. It is within walking distance of the Augarten, and 15 min away from the Prater with the tram. Check-in was not until 14h, but I was able to park my car in their private patio before that and go back for the room key later when the reception was open. Check-out process was also very simple. I just had to drop the key in the mailbox when driving away.

Room was kind of pricey, but this is Vienna.

1. Comfortable bed and big size of it. 2. Also, it’s a plus whenever you come or leave(late evening), you’d receive a key with full instructions or where to leave the key. 3.thanx, for baby bed - it’s good bed with mattress. 4. elevator is old style, but it’s good to have it, especially, with a baby.

1. couldn’t got money back (we had a booking without cancellation possibility)when it was force majeure - covid and we couldnt come to Austria(Austria didnt let tourists in). and we have to change the dates and pays extras. 2. you could receive a not a number, but apartment, but then you’d pay extra 30euro in case of using it. 3. poor internet connection and not stable
